为提高申请效率、将严格管理与方便学生相结合，我院在现有规定基础上，将通过学校统一身份认证系统中的“留学生学期注册”模块进行在校生缴费住宿保险签证，目前该系统测试完毕并投入使用。请境内有签证延期需要的留学生在7月12日前或下学期开始后、签证过期前两周内按照以下指南办理。如无另行批准，学工办公室将不再通过电子邮件处理申请。
In order to improve the efficiency of visa application and to combine strict management with the convenience of students, the School of International Education will use “Semester Registration” online form under the CPU identity certification system to deal with payment, accommodation, insurance and visa for international students, on the basis of existing regulations. The system has been tested and put into use. International students in China who need visa extension are required to fill in the online application either before July 12 or after the beginning of the next semester, and within two weeks before the visa expires. If not otherwise approved, the Student Affairs Office will not deal with visa application through Email.
