Online Lectures on How to Maintain Healthy and Happy during the Epidemic

In order to deepen your understanding of the various epidemics spreading across the whole world and all the measures that you can take to protect yourselves, as well as teach you how to stay happy and positive in your whole life, especially during the epidemic, a series of online lectures will be held by the School of International Education.

Title: Introduction to the Common Epidemics Faced by International Students

Lecturer: TIAN Lingling

Time: 4:20-5:10pm, June 17

Location: Zoom 

Introduction of the lecturer: TIAN Lingling, Deputy Chief Physician (Nanjing Customs Port Clinic) of Jiangsu International Travel Health Care Center. She has many years of experience in infectious disease monitoring and travel health consultation for entry and exit personnel. In 2011, she obtained the Certificate of Travel Medicine(CTH) from the International Society of Travel Medicine(ISTM). Being trained and studied in the field of travel medicine in the United States and South Africa, she is professional in travel health consulting and vaccination services for international travelers.

Title:Self-care counts: Epidemic and Mental health

Lecturer: YANG Shilu

Time: 5:10-6:00pm, June 17

Location: Zoom 

Introduction of the lecturer: YANG Shilu, registered psychologist (register number: X-19-174) of the Chinese Psychological Association, served as a full-time consultant of the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. She has been engaged in psychological counseling and mental health education related work for more than 1500 hours. Being the course teacher for psychological health and psychology introduction, she has been engaged in bilingual psychology for a long time.
