学信网在线核验指南
全体毕业生：
各位同学领取纸质毕业证书与学位证书后，请第一时间仔细核对证书上个人信息，确保信息准确无误。核对完成后，请即刻登录中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网，网址：https://www.chsi.com.cn/），完成学籍、学历、学位信息在线核验，下载配套在线验证报告，多渠道备份并妥善保管。
学信网出具的在线验证报告为升学深造、求职入职、境外留学、落户定居等事项办理的官方核心凭证，直接关系个人后续各类重要手续办理。请大家高度重视，务必于离校前完成全部在线核验流程。
相关注意事项
1、学信网需使用中国大陆地区手机号进行验证，因此请大家务必在离校前完成全部核验流程。离校后如出现证书信息错误、核验不通过、验证报告无法正常调取等情况，学校将无法提供有效协助，相关后果由学生本人承担。
2、初次注册学信网时，请填写在读期间的护照编号，姓名须与毕业证、学位证书保持完全一致，严禁自行调整姓名先后顺序，否则会导致绑定失败。
3、请同步下载中文版、英文版两份在线验证报告，下载后仔细核对个人信息确保信息正确。完整操作流程详见附件操作指南，请各位同学参照指引完成全部核验步骤。
4、在线验证报告设有有效期限，请妥善保管本人学信网账号、登录密码，便于后续登录平台重新下载报告。
特别提醒
需要毕业证、学位证纸质翻译件的毕业生，请自行前往官方公证机构申请英语或所需语种的翻译件。
Guidelines for Online Verification on CHSI
To all graduating students,
Upon receiving your graduation and degree certificates, please carefully check all personal information printed on the documents immediately to ensure accuracy. Then log on to China Higher Education Student Information Network (CHSI, official website: https://www.chsi.com.cn) to complete the online verification of your student status, graduation and degree information. Download the online verification reports and retain them for safekeeping.
The online verification reports issued by CHSI serve as core official supporting documents for job recruitment, study application, overseas visa and immigration application and other formal procedures. All students shall attach high priority to this work.
Important Reminders
1. CHSI requires a mobile phone number registered in Chinese mainland for identity verification. Therefore, all students must complete all verification procedures before leaving school. Otherwise the School of International Education will not be able to provide effective assistance, and all relevant consequences shall be borne solely by the student.
2. Upon initial CHSI registration, use your student-period passport number. Your name must be identical to that on your graduation and degree certificates.Do not rearrange your surname and given name, or this will result in failed account binding.
3. Download both the Chinese and English versionsof the online verification reports simultaneously, and double-check all personal information. Attached please find the instruction.
4. Online verification reports have fixed validity periods.Please securely store your CHSI account username and login password for future re-download of reports from the platform.
Special Reminder
Graduates who require hard-copy translations of graduation and degree certificates，please visit notary office to apply for official translations in English or other required languages.
