Chapter I General Provisions

第一章 总则

Article 1 These regulations are specifically formulated in accordance with the Education Law, the Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Students of Higher Education (Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Education) and the Constitution of China Pharmaceutical University.

第一条为贯彻落实国家教育方针,坚持以立德树人为根本,保证学校正常的教育教学秩序和人才培养质量,保障学生合法权益,培养德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,根据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》、《普通高等学校学生管理规定》(教育部令第41号)和《中国药科大学章程》,结合学校实际,特制定本规定。

Article 2 Students should establish the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, conscientiously study and abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and university management system, actively undertake the due obligations and responsibilities, study hard, explore and actively practice, and strive to master modern scientific and cultural knowledge and professional skills, constantly improve citizen literacy and comprehensive quality.

第二条学生应树立中国特色社会主义共同理想,认真学习遵守国家宪法、法律、法规和学校管理制度,积极承担应尽的义务与责任,刻苦学习、勇于探索、积极实践,努力掌握现代科学文化知识和专业技能,不断提升公民素养与综合素质。

Article 3 The following provisions apply to full-time Bachelor’s and associate degree candidates.

第三条本规定适用于全日制本科、专科(高职)学生的管理。

Chapter II Admission and Registration

第二章 入学与注册

Article 4 Admitted students shall register with the University with Admission Notice and supplement materials on the date as notified in the Admission Notice. Students who cannot register on time must contact the Admission Office in advance and present the reasons in written form for Admission Office’s permission. Late registration without permission exceeding three weeks, except for Force Majeure, shall be deemed as giving up admission.

第四条按照国家招生规定由本校录取的新生,应当持录取通知书和学校规定的有关证件材料,按期到校办理入学手续。因故不能按期入学的,应当以书面形式事先向学校招生办公室请假。假期一般不超过十个工作日。未请假或者请假逾期的,除因不可抗力等正当事由以外,视为放弃入学资格。

Article 5 When the new students register, the University will conduct a preliminary review of their admission qualifications, review the admission procedures, and register the student status for those who are qualified. If it is revealed that the admission notices of the new students, the information of the candidates, etc., are inconsistent with the actual situation of the person, or other violations of the national admission examination are detected, the admission qualification will be cancelled.

第五条新生报到时,学校对其入学资格进行初步审查,审查合格的办理入学手续,予以注册学籍;审查发现新生的录取通知、考生信息等证明材料,与本人实际情况不符,或者有其他违反国家招生考试规定情形的,取消其入学资格。

Article 6 Freshmen who meet one of the following conditions can apply for retention of admission qualification.

(1) Suffering from physical and mental illness, temporarily unsuitable for studying at University and can be cured within one year;

(2) Applying to participate in the Chinese People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force);

(3) Other circumstances recognized by the University that should retain the qualifications for admission.

The period of retention is one year, with the exception of joining the CPLA.

If students need to retain their admission qualifications after registration, they shall apply to the University and submit relevant supporting materials before the deadline specified by the University, and complete the leaving procedures within 10 days from the date of receiving the retention notice. They do not have student status during the period of retention.

Student should apply to the University for resumption before the expiration of the retention period. After passing the review, student can join the class of the corresponding year. If failed in the review, the admission qualification will be cancelled; if the admission procedure is not completed within the time limit without justifiable reason except for force majeure, it is deemed as giving up admission.

第六条新生符合以下情形之一的,可申请保留入学资格。

(一)患有身心疾病,暂不适宜在校学习且一年内能治愈的;

(二)应征参加中国人民解放军(含中国人民武装警察部队)的;

(三)学校认可的其他应当保留入学资格的情形。

保留入学资格期限为一年,参军入伍除外。

保留入学资格的学生,应当在学校规定的报到日期之前向学校提出申请并提交相关的证明材料。已报到学生在学校复查后需保留入学资格的,应在接到学校通知之日起十个工作日内履行离校相关手续。学生保留入学资格期间不具有学籍。

新生保留入学资格期满前应向学校申请入学,经学校审查合格后,可按当年新生办理入学手续。审查不合格的,取消入学资格;逾期不办理入学手续且未有因不可抗力延迟等正当理由的,视为放弃入学资格。

Article 7 After student registration, the University will continue with a 3-month review according to the national admission regulations. The review content mainly includes the following aspects:

(1) Whether the admission procedures are in compliance with national admission requirements;

(2) Whether the qualifications for admission obtained are true and comply with relevant regulations;

(3) Whether the person and the identity certificate are consistent with the admission notice, the candidate's profile, etc.;

(4) Whether the physical and mental health status meets the requirements for the profession or major, and whether it can guarantee normal study and life;

(5) Whether the professional level of students enrolled in special types such as art and sports meets the admission requirements.

During the review, if fraud or malpractice is detected in student admission process, student will be determined as unqualified and their student status will be cancelled. If the circumstances were serious, the University will hand over student materials to the relevant governmental department for investigation and decision. During the review, if a second-class hospital designated by the University diagnosed that the physical or mental condition of the student is not suitable for study, the admission qualification can be retained in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.

The resumption review process is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

第七条学生入学后,学校在三个月内按照国家招生规定进行复查。复查内容主要包括以下方面:

(一)录取手续及程序等是否合乎国家招生规定;

(二)所获得的录取资格是否真实、合乎相关规定;

(三)本人及身份证明与录取通知、考生档案等是否一致;

(四)身心健康状况是否符合报考专业或者专业类别体检要求,能否保证在校正常学习、生活;

(五)艺术、体育等特殊类型录取学生的专业水平是否符合录取要求。

复查中发现学生存在弄虚作假、徇私舞弊等情形的,确定为复查不合格,取消其学籍;情节严重的,由学校移交有关部门调查处理。复查中发现学生身心状况不适宜在校学习,经学校指定的二级甲等以上医院诊断,需要在家休养的,可以按照第六条的规定保留入学资格。

复查程序按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 8 In the beginning of each semester, students must register with their specific school (department) within the notified time limit. If it is not possible to register as scheduled, student shall apply for late registration within 10 working days of the beginning of semester. If the tuition fee is not paid on time or if there are other conditions that do not meet the registration requirements, student shall not be registered. Students with family financial difficulties shall apply for other forms of funding in advance. With the relevant certificates, they can suspend registration and register after completing the relevant procedures. Chinese student loans and other forms of funding procedures are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

第八条每学期开学时,所有学生必须按学校规定的时间报到,缴纳学费及有关费用后,在规定时间内到所属院(系)办理注册手续。不能如期注册的,应当在开学后十个工作日内履行暂缓注册手续。未按学校规定按时缴纳学费或者有其他不符合注册条件的,不予注册。家庭经济困难的学生可以申请贷款或者其他形式资助,凭有关证明可以暂缓注册,待办理完有关手续后注册。学校为家庭经济困难学生提供教育救助,保证学生不因家庭经济困难而放弃学业。助学贷款及其他形式资助办理程序按学校相关规定执行。

Chapter III Duration of Study

第三章 学习年限

Article 9 The duration of study for bachelor’s degree program is four years except Clinical Pharmacy program which is five years and Industrial Management Minor Degree is two years. Associate degree program is three years. Students who fail to meet the graduation criteria at the end of program may apply for extension of study, but the overall duration of study, including suspension of study, shall not exceed (study period + 3) years. Student shall complete all required courses and fulfill maximum credit requirement within the overall duration of study.

第九条本科标准学制年限为四年(临床药学专业为五年,工商管理二学位专业为二年),专科(高职)为三年。学生的最长学习年限(含休学和保留学籍)为所在专业标准学制加二年;申请休学创业的学生,其创业休学期超过二年(不含二年)的,最长学习年限可以延长至所在专业标准学制加三年。学生应当在最长学习年限内学完专业教学计划规定的必修课程并修满规定的各类学分和总学分。

Article 10 If student participates in the Chinese People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force), the retention period will not be calculated into the overall duration of study.

第十条学生应征参加中国人民解放军(含中国人民武装警察部队)的,其保留学籍时间不计入学习年限。

Chapter IV Courses

第四章 课程修读

Article 11 The courses are divided into compulsory courses and elective courses. A compulsory course is a course that students must take according to the curriculum of the major. Elective courses are to expand students' knowledge, strengthen quality education, and enhance the adaptability of the profession to the society. Students choose elective courses according to their interests and preferences.

第十一条各专业学生修读的课程分为必修课、选修课两类。必修课是根据本专业培养目标需要,学生必须修读的课程。选修课是扩大学生知识面、加强素质教育、增强专业对社会的适应性,学生根据本人志趣、爱好选读的课程。

Article 12 Students shall select courses on time according to the credit requirements of the professional training program and the course selection procedures prescribed by the School. Students shall attend their courses on time and participate in the assessment. If students attend a course they didn’t select, the credit hours and grading of the course will not be acknowledged.

第十二条学生应当根据专业培养方案的学分要求和学校规定的选课程序按时选课。学生按规定手续选修的课程,应当按时上课并参加考核。学生未办理选课手续的,其课程的学习过程和学业成绩不予承认。

Article 13 While studying major courses, students may apply for a minor. The specific measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

The scores and credits of courses selected in other Universities, or online courses approved by the University, will be converted to CPU’s course credits in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

第十三条学生在修读主修专业课程的同时,可申请修读非主修第二专业的课程,具体办法按照学校相关规定执行。

学生跨校学习的课程,或者学习学校认可的开放式网络课程,其课程成绩(学分),经学校审核同意后,予以承认,具体办法按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 14 Students who have an average score of more than 80 points of one semester may apply for self-study of a theoretical course. Self-study means student don’t have to attend the classes but still must attend the final exam or assessment. The grade of final assessment will be recorded in the transcripts and the corresponding credits are obtained. Applicants must submit a course exemption application within two weeks of the beginning of semester, which will be reviewed and approved by the school or department, and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for record. There shall be no more than two self-study courses per semester.

Self-study does not apply to: physical education classes, political courses, military training, lab experiments, training, internships and other practical courses.

第十四条当学期每门课程考核总评成绩均在80分以上的学生对教学计划规定的下学期某些理论课程通过自学等途径确已掌握的,可申请课程免听,即可不参与随堂听课,但必须参加课程期末考核,其过程性考核成绩按期末考核成绩记载,最终考核总评成绩合格者,取得相应学分。申请者须在开学后两周内提出课程免听申请,由所在院、部、系审核批准,报教务处备案。每学期免听课程不得超过两门。

体育课、思政类课程、军训及实验、实训、实习等实践环节不得申请免听。

Chapter V Grading and Assessment

第五章 成绩记载与考核办法

Article 15 Students must attend the exams or evaluations of their compulsory and selective courses. For all bachelor’s candidates, a score higher or equal to 60 will be evaluated as Pass and the course credit will be obtained. The score and credits will be recorded in student transcript.

第十五条学生应当参加学校教育教学计划规定的课程和各种教育教学环节(以下统称课程)的考核,考核成绩记入成绩册,考核及格即取得该课程的学分。考核成绩及取得的学分记入学生的学籍档案并归入本人档案。

Article 16 There are two types of assessments: examination and evaluation. Exams are graded according to the percentage system, and evaluation can be graded according to the five-level system.

Article 17 The practical teaching, elective courses such as graduation design (thesis), curriculum design, internship, and practical training may be evaluated according to the five-level system.

第十七条毕业设计(论文)、课程设计、实习、实训等实践教学环节和选修课可以按五级制评定成绩。

Article 18 If student performance is assessed by grade points average of accumulated credits and credits, the CPI coefficient is calculated as follows:

Article 19 Make-up exams

1. Students who failed in the Final Exam of compulsory course may participate in the make-up exam, with only one opportunity.

2. A pre-graduation make-up exam is given for failed courses (including failed make-up exams) in the seventh semester (ninth semester for Clinical Pharmacy), but not for courses from Year 1 to Year 3 (Year 1 to Year 4 for Clinical Pharmacy).

3.The make-up exam will be completed before the start of the following semester. The specific re-examination will be scheduled by the Academic Affairs Office. All schools and departments shall inform the relevant teachers and students.

4.Students can earn the course credits by passing the make-up exams with the true scores recorded in transcripts and marked with“make-up”and the Grade Point Average is record as 1.0.

5. Other specific matters shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

第十九条补考

(一)必修课程考核总评成绩评定不及格的学生,参加该学期的补考,补考只安排一次;

(二)各专业人才培养方案中,本科第七学期(不包括临床药学专业),中外合作办学班、专科(高职)第五学期必修课程考核总评成绩经补考后仍有不及格者,可在毕业前参加由学校统一安排的补考。本科第一学期至第六学期,临床药学专业第一至第八学期,中外合作办学班、专科(高职)第一学期至第四学期课程不及格者,学校不安排毕业前补考;

(三)补考安排在下一个学期开学前完成,具体补考日程由教务处排定,各院、部、系通知相关教研室及学生;

(四)补考及格取得相应的学分,补考成绩如实记载,标注“补考”,绩点按1.0计算;

(五)其他具体事宜按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 20 Re-taking courses

(1) If the students have not passed the make-up exam of the compulsory courses, they shall go through the formalities for re-taking courses; the students shall take the initiative to understand the relevant matters concerning re-taking, and handle the registration and payment procedures within the specified time as required;

(2) The time for re-taking is generally scheduled in the corresponding semester of the following year;

(3) Students re-taking the courses do not have opportunity for individual assessment;

(4) If student passed the examination of the re-taking course, the results are recorded in transcripts and marked with “retake”. Those who fail the final exam of re-taking course may take the make-up exam before the start of the next semester, and those who fail to pass the make-up exam will continue to participate in the re-taking course of the following year;

(5) The student may retake a course that is already passed (with an unsatisfactory score) and the score of the latest exam will be recorded in the transcripts;

(6) Other specific matters shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the University.

第二十条重修

(一)学生修读必修课程经补考仍未通过的,按学校规定办理重修手续;学生应主动了解咨询重修的有关事项,按要求在规定时间内办理重修报名缴费手续;

(二)重修时间一般安排在下年度相对应的学期进行;

(三)重修不单独安排考核;

(四)重修课程考核通过,成绩以实际成绩记载,标注“重修”。重修课程不及格者,可参加下学期开学前的补考,补考仍不及格者继续参加该门课程的重修;

(五)学生可以重修一次已及格的课程,成绩以最后一次成绩记载;

(六)其他具体事宜按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 21 The assessment of students' ideological and moral qualities shall be based on Article 4 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students of Higher Education, and shall be conducted in the form of personal summary, democratic evaluation of teachers and students.

Assessment of P. E. classes should highlight process management, and can be comprehensively assessed based on attendance, in-class teaching, extracurricular exercise activities, and physical health.

第二十一条学生思想品德的考核、鉴定,以《普通高等学校学生管理规定》第四条为主要依据,采取个人小结、师生民主评议等形式进行。

学生体育成绩评定要突出过程管理,可以根据考勤、课内教学、课外锻炼活动和体质健康等情况综合评定。

Article 22 The University encourages, supports and guides students to participate in innovative activities such as entrepreneurship, social practice, publishing papers, obtaining patent authorizations, and other professional learnings. They can be converted into credits and recorded in transcript, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University.

第二十二条学校鼓励、支持和指导学生参加创新创业、社会实践等活动。学生参加创新创业、社会实践等活动以及发表论文、获得专利授权等与专业学习、学业要求相关的经历、成果,可以折算为学分,计入学业成绩。具体按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 23 The University records and produces the students' academic achievements in a true and complete manner, and marks the scores obtained through make-up exams and re-taking courses; on the transcripts issued by the University, the top 10% of the weighted average scores of the compulsory courses in each semester are ranked (Marked with 10%).

第二十三条学校真实、完整地记载、出具学生学业成绩,对通过补考、重修获得的成绩,予以标注;学校出具的成绩单上,对每学期必修课程加权平均成绩排名专业前10%(含10%)者,予以标注。

Article 24 Anyone who miss the examination, violates the exam rules or cheats in exams, the score of the final assessment of the course is recorded as zero points, and transcript indicates absence, violation of rules and cheating, and there is no chance for make-up exam. Disciplinary actions will also be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

第二十四条凡擅自缺考(旷考)、违反考核纪律或作弊者,该课程考核总评成绩以零分计,并注明缺考、违纪或作弊,不准补考,一律重修。对违反考核纪律或作弊的学生,视其违纪或者作弊情节,给予相应的纪律处分,具体按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 25 If a student drops out, his/her completed courses and the credits earned will still be recorded. If students is admitted again, and registered with the University successfully, his/her completed courses and credits and are acknowledged by the University.

第二十五条学生因退学等情况中止学业,其在校学习期间所修课程及已获得学分,学校予以记录。学生重新参加入学考试、符合录取条件,再次入学的,其已获得学分,经学校认定批准,予以承认。

Article 26 Students shall participate in all the courses and activities arranged by the University in accordance with the curriculum and teaching plan of his/her program. Students who cannot participate classes and activities on time should apply for leave in advance and seek for approval. Attendance record applies to: lecture and laboratory courses, internship, training, military training, etc. Students absent from courses and activities without prior approval are subject to disciplinary actions in accordance with relevant rules of regulations of the University:

(1) Within one semester, accumulatively missed the class for no reason exceeds one-third of the course hours;

(2) Within one semester, missed more than one-third of the experiments or after-class assignments for no reason;

(3) During random check-up for attendance, being absent for three times.

(4) The attendance/class performance score is zero.

(5) Other situations that the University believe that the student is not allowed to participate in the final assessment of the course.

第二十六条学生应当按时参加教育教学计划规定和学校统一组织安排的一切教学活动。学生不能按时参加的,应当事先请假并获得批准。学生课堂教学、实习、实训、军训等都应实行考勤。无故缺席的给予批评教育,直至纪律处分,具体根据学校相关规定执行。

学生凡出现以下情形之一的,不得参加课程的期末考核,该课程考核总评成绩以“0分”记,并标注为“缺考”:

(一)在一学期内,无故缺课累计超过该门课程学时三分之一者;

(二)在一学期内,无故缺交作业、缺做实验超过三分之一者;

(三)采取随机抽查方式考勤的课程,凡抽查发现旷课累计达三次及以上者;

(四)课程平时总成绩(过程性考核总成绩)为零分者;

(五)其他学校认为不得参加课程期末考核的情形。

Article 27 If unable to take the test due to special circumstances, student may apply for a late test in advance. The time for the late test will be the same as make-up exam, and the results will be recorded. If application is not approved, student must take the final assessment as required, otherwise, the score will be recorded as “ABS”for absence. The detailed procedures shall be implemented in accordance with relevant rules of University.

第二十七条学生因病等特殊情况不能参加必修课程考核的,必须办理缓考手续。申请缓考获得批准的学生同补考学生一起参加考核,成绩以实际成绩记载。申请缓考未获批准的学生必须参加期末考核,如不参加考核,成绩一律以“缺考”记载。缓考手续的办理按学校相关规定执行。

Chapter VI Change of Program and Transfer to other Universities

第六章 转专业与转学

Article 28 Students enrolled by discipline shall determine their majors within a discipline, and the specific work shall be formulated and implemented by the school (department).

第二十八条按学科大类招生的学生应在大类内确定专业,具体工作由所在院(系)制定方案并组织实施。

Article 29 Students who are interested in other professions and specialties may apply for changing a major. Priority is given to students who have previously dropped out to for innovative business and veterans who applied for college. The selection criteria and working procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant methods for the transfer of University.

第二十九条学生对其他专业有兴趣和专长的,可以申请转专业。休学创业或退役后复学的学生,因自身情况需要转专业的,学校予以优先考虑。转专业的遴选条件、工作程序按照学校转专业相关办法执行。

Article 30 Students who are admitted in the form of special enrollment shall not apply for changing major, if the national government has relevant regulations or the student had signed a specific agreement with the University before admission. It is implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the education authorities and University.

第三十条以特殊招生形式录取的学生,国家有相关规定或者录取前与学校有明确约定的学生,不得转专业。具体按照教育主管部门和学校的相关规定执行。

Article 31 Students should generally complete their studies at CPU. If unable to continue studying due to illness or have special needs, or not suitable for CPU’s study requirements, students can apply for transfer. Students may not transfer in one of the following circumstances:

(1) Enrolled less than one semester; or in the last year of the study program;

(2) (Chinese citizen only) The scores of the college entrance examination are lower than the minimum requirement of the relevant majors of the anticipated University in the corresponding year;

(3) From a low-education level to a high-education level;

(4) Admission to targeted employment enrollment;

(5) No solid reason for transfer.

第三十一条学生一般应当在本校完成学业。因患病或者有特殊困难、特别需要,无法继续在本校学习或者不适应本校学习要求的,可以申请转学。有下列情形之一,不得转学:

(一)入学未满一学期或者毕业前一年的;

(二)高考成绩低于拟转入学校相关专业同一生源地相应年份录取成绩的;

(三)由低学历层次转为高学历层次的;

(四)以定向就业招生录取的;

(五)无正当转学理由的。

Article 32 Students applying for transfer shall be handled in accordance with the following procedures:

(1) Transfer out

The student's written application and relevant supporting documents may be transferred to the University and the provincial education administrative department for approval after being approved by the student's home school (department), CPU student affairs office, and academic affairs office.

(2) Transfer in

The student submits the certificates from another university and supporting materials. CPU’s School (department), student affairs office, and academic affairs office review the qualifications and relevant certificates, and the School (department) admission committee signs approval, and presents to University-level meeting. For approved candidates, the admission information will be posted on the website for 5 working days. After the public announcement has no objection, the School will report to the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education for confirmation of the transfer approval.

(3) If the transfer is carried out across provinces, the documents shall be transferred between provincial-level education administrative departments.

第三十二条学生申请转学,按下列程序办理:

(一)转出

学生本人书面申请并附有关证明材料,经学生所在院(系)、学生工作处、教务处审核,拟转入学校及所在省级教育行政主管部门批准后,可办理转学手续。

(二)转入

学生本人提出申请,转出学校同意并附有关证明材料,由本校拟转入学院(系)、学生工作处、教务处审核转学条件及相关证明,经招生工作委员会同意,院(系)、校两级会议集体研究决定。经批准转入的学生,其相关信息由学校在网站上公示5个工作日。公示无异议后由学校报江苏省教育厅办理转学批准确认手续。

(三)跨省转学的,由转出地省级教育行政部门商转入地省级教育行政部门,按转学条件确认后办理转学手续。

Chapter VII Academic Precautions and Advance Studies

第七章 学业预警与提前修读

Article 33 The University provides academic warnings on students' learning problems and academic difficulties. Precautions Levels (from low to high) Yellow, orange, red, withdrawal.

For undergraduates, if accumulative failed compulsory courses:

5 credits: yellow precaution

10 credits: orange precaution

15 credits: red precaution

20 credits: withdrawal precaution

Yellow, orange and red precautions are given once per semester. Withdrawal precaution is given once per academic year.

第三十三条学校成立中国药科大学学业指导工作委员会和学生学业支持中心,为学生顺利完成学业提供指导和支持。学校对学生的学习问题和学业困难进行学业预警。学业预警根据不同情形分为黄色预警、橙色预警、红色预警、退学警示:

(一)必修课程未获学分累计≥ 5学分,给予黄色预警;

(二)必修课程未获学分累计≥10学分,给予橙色预警;

(三)必修课程未获学分累计≥15学分,给予红色预警;

(四)必修课程未获学分累计≥20学分,给予退学警示。

黄色预警、橙色预警、红色预警每学期开展一次,退学警示每学年开展一次。学业预警具体程序按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 34 Students who are given precautions should repeat one year (be enrolled in the next year’s class) technically. Students should follow the teaching plan of the new class, and the courses that have already obtained credits will be exempted. Tuition fees are paid according to the tuition standard of the new class. But if the student applies, with parents’ signature and approval from the School, he/she can continue to study with his/her class.

第三十四条给予退学警示的学生原则上应当编入下一年级学习,学生按新所在班级的教学计划修读,已取得学分的课程予以免修。学费按新所在年级专业的学费标准缴纳。如学生申请,经家长签字同意和学校批准,可以继续跟随原班学习。

Article 35 If student receive withdrawal precaution twice, and meanwhile the accumulative failed compulsory course credits 25, he/she is subject to a “delayed withdrawal.”Students who apply for delayed withdrawal shall submit their application in written within 10 days of receiving the precaution notice and require a parent confirmation in person. After School/department approval, student can study with the next year’s class for one year.

第三十五条学生第二次出现退学警示且必修课程未获学分累计≤25学分的,可视情况给予一次缓退试读的机会。学生申请缓退试读的,应在学校发布学业预警通知后十日内提出书面申请且学生家长到校确认,经院(系)审核同意、学校批准后方可缓退试读。学生缓退试读期为一年,编入下一年级学习。

Article 36 Students who have outstanding academic performances with an average score of 90 (excellent) or above for compulsory courses, and 60 (pass) or above for other courses may apply for the courses prescribed in the curriculum in advance.

第三十六条学业成绩特别优秀的学生,已修必修课程均为“优秀(90分及以上)”,其他课程及格的,如本人申请,可提前修读教育教学计划规定的高年级课程。

Chapter VIII Suspension and Resumption

Article 37 Students shall be considered for suspension of study under the following circumstances:

1.Medical conditions and injury that require habilitation for more than one-third of the total credit hours of the semester.

2.Leave of absence for more than one-third of the total credit hours of the semester.

3.Recruited for military service.

4.Start up a business

5.The University believes must suspend study.

第八章 休学与复学

第三十七条学生有下列情况之一者,应当予以休学:

(一)因伤、病经指定医院诊断,须停课治疗、休养超过一学期教学时间1/3者;

(二)一学期内病、事假累计超过该学期教学时间1/3者;

(三)应征入伍者;

(四)停学创业者;

(五)因某种特殊原因,本人申请或学校认为应当休学者。

Article 38 To apply for suspension, student shall submit written application and relevant certificates in person. Medical conditions and injuries must be diagnosed by a 2A hospital or above designated by the University, and reviewed by the University hospital.

第三十八条学生办理休学手续,应由本人向学校提交书面申请,说明理由并提供有关证明,填写相关表格。凡因伤、病休学者须附学校所在地二级甲等以上医院诊断证明,并由校医务室核准。

Article 39 Students may apply for a one-year suspension each time, and two years in maximum accumulatively (three years for start-up business). Student shall not participate in any teaching activity during suspension period.

第三十九条学生休学每次以一年为限,累计不得超过两年(休学创业累计不得超过三年)。学生休学期间不得参加学校任何教学活动。

Article 40 For students recruited for CPLA, admission qualification is kept within two years of their retirement from the military service.

If students participate in the inter-collegiate joint training program organized by CPU. During the study in host university, CPU retains the student status.

During the retention of student status, students shall abide by the regulations of the army, host university, or other organizations.

第四十条新生和在校学生应征参加中国人民解放军(含中国人民武装警察部队),学校保留其入学资格或者学籍至退役后两年。

学生参加学校组织的跨校联合培养项目,在联合培养学校学习期间,学校同时为其保留学籍。

学生保留学籍期间,与其实际所在的部队、学校等组织建立管理关系。

Article 41 Once the application for suspension is approved, student go through the formalities of leaving within the deadline as stipulated by the University and at own expense. During the period of suspension, student status is maintained but all activities are unrelated with the University, and the medical expenses during the retention period shall not be reimbursed.

第四十一条休学获批准的学生应当办理手续离校。学生休学期间,学校为其保留学籍,但不享受在校学习学生待遇。办理休学和保留学籍期间,学生的一切活动与学校无关。因病休学学生的医疗费按国家及当地的有关规定处理。

Article 42 If a student want to resume schooling after a suspension due to sickness, he/she shall submit a written application to the University within three months before the start of semester, and:

1.Provide written application and supplement materials to academic office.

2.If suspended due to medical condition/injuries, provide medical health certificates and related materials that proves health status, issued by a 2A or above hospital designated by the University, and reviewed by University hospital.

3.Technically, students who resume after a one-year suspension will study with the next year’s class of the same major. If the major does not recruit students in that year, student may transfer to a similar major.

4.Student shall not participate in any course or activity before successful resumption.

5.Students dismissed or lose their student status for other reasons shall not be eligible for resumption.

第四十二条学生休学期满前应向学校申请复学,经学校复查合格,方可复学。学生复学按下列要求办理:

(一)休学的学生应当于开学前向教务处递交复学申请报告及其他相关证明材料、填写相关表格,办理复学手续;

(二)因伤、病休学的学生复学,还须由二级甲等以上医院诊断,证明已恢复健康,并经本校医务室复查合格方可办理复学手续;

(三)复学的学生,原则上编入原专业(大类)的下一年级学习,如该专业(大类)下一年级未招生,可转入我校的相近专业(大类)学习;

(四)休学学生未办理复学手续以前,不得参加学校任何教学活动;

(五)学生休学期间,被取消学籍或受到开除学籍处分的,不再具有复学资格。

Chapter IX Withdrawal

Article 33 Students who have any of the following circumstances shall withdraw from school:

1.If the student's grades fail to meet the school's requirements, receiving a precaution for the second time and not eligible for delayed withdrawal, or the total credits of failed courses still more than 20 credits within the one year of delayed withdrawal;

2.For whatever reason, students have not completed studies within the maximum period of program.

3.Those who do not apply for resumption before the deadline or fail to pass the review for resumption;

4.Those diagnosed by the designated hospital to have illnesses or disabilities that prevent them from studying;

5.Those who either have not attended the prescribed teaching activities for 60 consecutive credit hours or have been absent from campus for two consecutive weeks;

6.Those who do not register within the time limit without prior approval;

7.Those who apply for withdrawal.

第九章 退学

第四十三条学生有下列情形之一的,应予以退学:

(一)学生成绩未达学校要求,第二次出现退学警示且未获缓退试读的,或缓退试读期满必修课程未获学分累计仍大于等于20学分的;

(二)不论何种原因,在学校规定的最长学习年限内未完成学业的;

(三)休学、保留学籍期满,在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的;

(四)经学校指定医院诊断,患有疾病或意外伤残无法继续在校学习的;

(五)未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动的;

(六)超过学校规定期限未注册而又未履行暂缓注册手续的;

(七)因其他特殊情况,学校认为必须退学的;

(八)本人申请退学的。

Article 44 If a student applies for withdrawal, he shall submit a written application, signed by himself and the parents, fill out the relevant forms, and attach relevant supporting materials for the approval of Academic Affairs Office and review of University leadership.

第四十四条学生本人申请退学的,递交书面申请,申请由本人及家长签字,填写相关表格,并附有关证明材料,交教务处审核,分管校领导审批。

Article 45 If a student is required to withdraw due to reasons (1) to (7) of Article 43, the student's school (department) shall inform the student in writing of the facts, reasons and basis for withdrawal. The student shall be informed about the right to make defenses, and submit written document for the defense. The student's school (department) then submits a report and attaches relevant materials for the approval of: school dean/department chair, Academic Affairs Office, and University council. Final dismissal decision is made by the University. If the student refuses to sign, the decision of dismissal can be left in the student’s residence. If student is off-campus, they can be delivered by post (student or parents); and also via school website, news media (regional or national newspapers and periodicals), etc. From the date of the announcement, after 60 days, it is deemed as successful delivery. If the student disagrees with the decision of dismissal, he or she may file a written appeal to the Student Appeals Processing Committee within 10 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The appeal procedure shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.

第四十五条因第四十三条第(一)至第(七)项原因应予退学的,学生所在院(系)应书面告知学生学校拟对其作出退学处理的事实、理由及依据,告知学生享有陈述和申辩的权利,听取学生的陈述和申辩,并做好书面记录。再由学生所在院(系)提出处理建议报告并附相关材料,经院(系)分管领导签署意见,教务处审核后报校务会研究决定。对退学的学生,由学校出具退学决定书并送交本人,学生拒绝签收的,可以以留置方式送达;已离校的,可以采取邮寄方式送达(需学生本人或家长签收);难以联系的,可以利用学校网站、新闻媒体(省级以上报刊)等公告方式告知,自发出公告之日起,经过六十日,视为送达。学生如对退学处理有异议,可于退学决定书送达之日起十日内向学校学生申诉处理委员会提出书面申诉,申诉程序参照学校相关规定办理。

Article 46 Students should complete the University’s leaving procedures within 10 days after receiving the approval or decision. The student profiles shall be sent back home or registered family residence. Those who withdraw for medical conditions or accidental disabilities shall go back home with parents or guardians.

第四十六条学生应在退学申请获学校批准或者退学决定书送达后十个工作日内办理退学离校手续。退学学生的档案由学校退回其家庭所在地,户口应当按照国家相关规定迁回原户籍地或者家庭户籍所在地。经学校指定医院诊断,患有疾病或意外伤残无法继续在校学习者,由家长或抚养人领回。

Article 25 Students shall not apply for resumption or admission after withdrawal or dismissal. University will issue a certificate of study.

第四十七条 退学学生发给退学证明和肄业证书。取消学籍或退学的学生,均不得申请复学。

Chapter X Graduation and Completion

第十章 毕业与结业

Article 48 Students who passed all the exams/assessments of compulsory courses of his/her program, met overall credit requirements, and successfully defended graduation thesis will be eligible for the graduation certificates.

第四十八条具有学籍的本科、专科(高职)学生,在学校规定学习年限内,修完教育教学计划规定内容,考核及格并修满规定的各类学分数及总学分数,德、智、体达到毕业要求,准予毕业,发给毕业证书。

Article 49 Students who completed the prescribed courses and activities in advance, passed all the exams/assessments, and met overall credit requirements, may apply for graduation in advance. Certificates and graduation procedures of those who are approved for graduate in advance shall be the same as the corresponding year, and student status is terminated after graduation.

第四十九条学生提前修完教育教学计划规定内容,考核及格并修满规定的各类学分数及总学分数,可申请提前毕业。准予提前毕业的学生可按当年应届毕业生办理证书及毕业离校手续,办理毕业离校手续后不具有本校学籍。

Article 50 Students who have completed the courses and activities but fail to meet the requirements for graduation, shall receive a certificate of completion, and go through the formalities of University leaving. Afterwards, student can apply for re-taking courses or internship within the maximum study period. If student meet the requirements for graduation, a graduation certificate will be issued to replace the certificate of completion. Students who meet the degree requirements can be awarded a bachelor's degree. For the replacement of graduation or degree certificate, the year of issuance shall be the same of the corresponding year.

第五十条学生在学校规定学习年限内,修完教育教学计划规定内容,但未达到学校毕业要求的,准予结业,发给结业证书,办理离校手续。结业后可在学校规定最长学习年限内向学校申请重修课程或实践环节,如考核合格取得所缺学分,达到毕业要求,学校可换发毕业证书。符合学士学位授予条件的,可向学校申请补授学士学位。对合格后换发、补发的毕业证书和学位证书,毕业时间、获得学位时间按发证日期填写。

  

Chapter XI Degree Requirements

第十一章 学士学位

Article 51 Students must fulfill the Degree Committee’s requirements to obtain the bachelor’s degree certificate.

第五十一条对获得毕业证书且符合学位授予条件的本科生,经学校学位评定委员会讨论审定,授予学士学位并颁发学位证书。具体程序按照学校相关规定执行。

Article 52 Undergraduates may not be awarded a bachelor's degree in any of the following circumstances:

(1) Failing to obtain a graduation certificate;

(2) Academic dishonesty or academic misconduct that has been identified as cheating, plagiarism in the thesis, etc.;

(3) The average grade point of achievement has not reached 1.80;

(4) Failing to pass University designated language proficiency tests;

(5) As English major, student has not passed TEM-4;

(6) Other circumstances considered by the School Degree Evaluation Committee to be considered as failing to grant a bachelor's degree.

第五十二条本科毕业生在校期间凡有下列情况之一者,不得授予学士学位:

(一)未获得毕业证书的;

(二)经认定为作弊、毕业论文存在抄袭等学术不诚信或学术不端行为的;

(三)平均学分绩点未达到1.80的;

(四)在学校组织的全国大学英语四级考试中未达到425分且未通过中国药科大学英语水平考试的(托福、雅思考试成绩达到学校要求者除外);

(五)英语专业未通过专业四级考试的;

(六)其他情形经学校学位评定委员会审查认为不能授予学士学位的。

Chapter 12 Administration of Academic Certificates

第十二章 学业证书管理

Article 53 The University shall fill in and issue academic certificates, degree certificates and other academic certificates in strict accordance with the degree, major, and personal information reported at the time of admission.

Students who change their name, date of birth and other personal information during their study period shall have sufficient reasons and provide legitimate documents. The University will review and revise the relevant materials and submit the relevant materials to higher authorities for approval.

第五十三条学校严格按照招生时确定的办学类型和学习形式,以及学生招生录取时填报的个人信息,填写、颁发学历证书、学位证书及其他学业证书。

学生在校期间变更姓名、出生日期等证书需填写的个人信息的,应当有合理、充分的理由,并提供有法定效力的相应证明文件。由学校进行审查修改,并将相关材料提交省教育厅审批。

Article 54 The University shall implement the electronic registration management system of higher education in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.

第五十四条 学校执行高等教育学籍学历电子注册管理制度,按教育部相关规定及时完成学生学籍学历电子注册。

Article 55 A joint-degree certificate shall be issued for students who met the degree requirements of their major and minor.

第五十五条对完成本专业学业同时修读非主修第二专业并达到该专业学位授予要求的学生,由学校发给双学位证书。

Article 56 For those who violated enrollment regulations and student status being cancelled, the University does not issue any academic certificate; the already issued academic certificates and degree certificates shall be revoked according to law. The University shall revoke the academic certificates or degree certificates gained through academic misconduct, such as cheating, plagiarism, or other improper means.

If the revoked academic certificate or degree certificate has been registered, the school shall cancel it and report it to higher education administrative department(s) for de-registration.

第五十六条对违反国家招生规定取得入学资格或者学籍的,学校取消其学籍,不得发给学历证书、学位证书;已发的学历证书、学位证书,学校依法予以撤销。对以作弊、剽窃、抄袭等学术不端行为或者其他不正当手段获得学历证书、学位证书的,学校依法予以撤销。

被撤销的学历证书、学位证书已注册的,学校予以注销并报教育行政部门宣布无效。

Article 57 If a graduate, completion, study certificate or a degree certificate is lost or damaged, the alumnus/alumnae shall apply in person. The University shall issue a corresponding certificate after verification. The certificate has the same effect as the original one.

第五十七条毕业、结业、肄业证书和学位证书遗失或者损坏,经本人申请,学校核实后出具相应的证明书。证明书与原证书具有同等效力。

  

Chapter XIII Supplementary Provisions

第十三章 附则

Article 58 These regulations shall be implemented from September 1, 2017 and also apply to international students.

第五十八条本规定从201791日开始实施。留学生可参照本规定执行。

Article 59 Matters not covered in these Provisions shall be studied and settled by the University in accordance with China’s relevant regulations. This provision is interpreted by the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office.

第五十九条本规定未尽事宜,由学校根据国家相关规定研究处理。本规定由教务处负责解释。
