2025-2026学年“留学江苏政府奖学金-优秀学生奖学金”申报通知
为打造“留学江苏”教育品牌，提升江苏教育的国际影响力，江苏省人民政府特设立留学江苏政府奖学金，主要奖励和资助知华友华、品学兼优的优秀外国留学生在江苏学习。中国药科大学为“留学江苏政府奖学金”接收单位。2025-2026学年“优秀学生奖学金”评选工作现已启动，现将有关评选事项通知如下：
Jiangsu Government Scholarship is sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial Government to build up Study in Jiangsu brand and to enhance the influence of Jiangsu education in the world. The scholarship is to fund the excellent students across the globe to undertake full-time degree studies at universities and colleges in Jiangsu. China Pharmaceutical University is authorized as one of the host universities to accept international students under this scholarship. Jiangsu Government Scholarship —Outstanding Students Scholarship application for 2025-2026 academic year just started and the detailed notice is as follows:
一、奖学金标准及名额 Amount and Quota
2025年优秀留学生奖学金奖励名额为本科生8名，每人18000元；硕士研究生1名，每人30000元。

二、奖学金申请条件 Qualifications
1. 正常在校注册学习的外国本科生、硕士研究生，并且上一学年度未申请过休学、保留学籍或延长学制；
2. 遵守中国政府的法律、法规和校规、校纪；
3. 学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦，上一学年度学习成绩优秀，无不及格、重修或缺考；
4. 具备突出的跨文化沟通能力与全球视野，在最近一年内有以下条件之一：
(1) 在中国或国际核心、权威刊物上以第一作者或第二作者发表论文，且论文内容对促进中外文化交流或解决全球性问题有实质性贡献；
(2) 在国内外重大学术会议上宣读论文或做主要发言（需提供会议级别证明，优先考虑国际学术会议或省部级及以上学术论坛）；
(3)积极组织、参加校级以上各类艺术、体育及文化交流活动（需提供活动主办方出具的参与证明及奖项证书，优先考虑省级及以上竞赛获奖或国际性展演活动）；
(4) 积极参与并推动中外文化交流项目，如组织“中国文化体验”、“国际文化周”等活动，获得校内外广泛认可；
(5) 为留学生服务及管理做出突出贡献（需提供管理部门出具的官方证明，贡献需体现促进留学生与中国学生深度交流、提升留学生对中国社会理解的成效）；
(6) 具备良好的中文沟通能力，能够用中文进行学术交流和日常沟通，并积极向国际社会传播中国故事。
5. 因违反中国法律法规或违反校纪校规受到纪律处分者不能参加奖学金的评选；
6. 第一年学历生和汉补生不能参加奖学金的评选；
7. 已获得中国政府奖学金全奖资助或2025年南京市奖学金资助的学生不能参加奖学金评选。
(1) International undergraduates and postgraduates, second-year or above, enrolled in China Pharmaceutical University, and have not applied for school suspension, extension or retention in the previous school year;
(2) Students shall abide by the laws, regulations and rules of the Chinese government and CPU；
(3) Students with positive learning attitude，work hard, excel in academic in the previous year without fail, retaken course or absent exam;
(4) Students with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective and fulfilled one of the following conditions in the last year:
A. Published a paper as first or second author in a core or authoritative journal (domestic or international), with content making a substantial contribution to promoting Sino-foreign cultural exchange or addressing global issues;
B. Presented a paper or delivered a keynote speech at a major academic conference (proof of conference level required; international conferences or provincial/ministerial-level forums or above are preferred);
C. Actively organized or participated in art, sports, or cultural exchange events at the university level or above (proof of participation and award certificates required; awards at provincial level or above or international performances are preferred);
D. Actively contributed to promoting Sino-foreign cultural exchange programs (e.g., organizing "Chinese Cultural Experience" or "International Cultural Week") with wide recognition both on and off campus;
E. Made outstanding contributions to international student services and administration (official documentation from the managing department required; contributions must demonstrate fostering deep interaction between international and Chinese students and enhancing international students’ understanding of Chinese society);
F. Possess strong Chinese language communication skills, capable of academic and daily communication in Chinese, and actively promote Chinese stories to the international community.
(5) Students who violated Chinese laws, regulations or received school disciplinary punishment cannot apply；
(6) The application is not applicable to all first-year degree candidates and Chinese language students.
(7) Outstanding Students Scholarship is exclusive with CSC Scholarship or 2025 Nanjing Government Scholarship.
三、申请方法与材料要求 Application Method and Documents
申请人在线填写《中国药科大学留学生评优型奖学金申请表》，同时上传以下材料：
1、2024-2025学年的成绩单;
2、已发表的文章及科研成果（如有）；
3、最近一年内在学术、体育、艺术、文化交流、公益活动等某一方面表现突出、成绩优秀的证明文件；
4. 中文能力证明（如有，可提供HSK证书、中文课程成绩单等）。
Applicants shall enter "奖学金申请模块" through the information Portal, fill in the Application for Merit-based Scholarships/Awards of International Students ,China Pharmaceutical Universityonline，and upload following docs:
1、Transcripts of the 2024-2025 academic year;
2、Published articles and scientific research (if applicable. first page only);
3、Documents of last year’s achievements in academics, sports, art, cultural exchanges, public welfare activities, etc;
4. Chinese language proficiency documentation (if available, such as HSK certificates, transcripts of Chinese language courses, etc.).

五、奖学金评审及公示 Scholarship Review
1. 国际教育学院负责申请材料的初审工作，并组织专家进行评审，确定推荐获奖学生名单。
2. 国际教育学院将获奖推荐名单在网站进行公示。公示结束后上报江苏省教育厅。
3. 江苏省教育厅将组织专家对所有推荐人选进行评审。最终获奖名单将以江苏省教育厅最终评定结果为准，具体公布时间另行通知。
（1）The School of International Education is to organize the review committee to select the candidates to be recommended.
（2）The School of International Education will publish the nominees list on its official website and when the publicity period is over, the list as well as materials will be sent to Jiangsu Education Department.
（3）Jiangsu Education Department will review all the nominees and publish the final result.
