关于做好国家公祭日向死难者同胞默哀工作的通知
今年是南京大屠杀惨案发生84周年，2021年12月13日是第8个南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日。为组织好我校师生向南京大屠杀死难者同胞默哀工作，现就有关事项通知如下：
This year marks the 84th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre. December 13, 2021 (Monday) will be the 8th National Memorial Day for the victims of the Nanjing Massacre. In order to organize the memorial event for the victims the Nanjing Massacre, the relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:
一、国家公祭仪式开始时间：
2021年12月13日上午10时整。
Starting time: 10 am, December 13, 2021.
二、默哀时间：
2021年12月13日上午10:01—10:02。
Time for mourning: 10:01-10:02 am, December 13, 2021.
三、默哀组织工作：
上午10:01—10:02，当防空警报拉响时，全校师生员工（正在从事特种生产作业的人员除外）应停下工作、学习，起立默哀1分钟。正在工作的教职员工，以及在图书馆、教室、宿舍等自习的学生，听到警报声应立即起立，原地默哀，待警报声停后，恢复正常工作和学习状态；正在校园中行走的师生，听到警报声应立即停步，原地默哀，待警报声停后恢复正常。两校区道路上行驶的机动车应当停驶鸣笛致哀1分钟，待警报声停后正常行驶。
Organizing work of mourning:
From 10:01 to 10:02 am on December 13, 2021, when the air defense alarm goes off, all teachers, students and employees (except those engaged in special production operations) should stop working and studying, and stand in silence for 1 minute. The working faculty and staff, as well as students studying in libraries, classrooms, dormitories, etc., should stand up immediately when they hear the alarm, and wait in silence. After the alarm stops, they shall resume their normal work and study status; teachers and students walking on campus should stop immediately after hearing the siren, stand in silence, and return to normal after the siren stops. Motor vehicles driving in the two campuses should stop and whistle for 1 minute, and drive normally after the siren stops.
