关于毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式的通知
亲爱的毕业生：
Dear graduating students:
祝贺顺利毕业！现将毕业典礼和学位授予仪式相关安排通知如下：
Congratulations on graduation! The relevant arrangements for the graduation ceremony and degree awarding ceremony are hereby notified as follows:
一、毕业典礼
Graduation Ceremony
1、时间：6月18日上午8点
Time: 8:00am, June 18
2、地点：江宁校区体育场
Location: OutdoorStadium, Jiangning campus
3、着装要求：正式（不允许穿拖鞋、吊带或背心）。不允许佩戴黑色头巾和黑色罩袍。
Dressing code: formal (slippers, tops or vests are not allowed). Black hijab and black burqa are not allowed.
4、江宁校区的学生请于6月18日上午7时15分前在体育场门口集合；玄武门校区的学生，学校将组织从玄武门校区到江宁校区的班车，集合的时间和地点稍后公布。请准时。
For students living in Jiangning campus, please gather at the entrance of the stadium before 7:15am, June 18.For students living in XWM campus, school will organize a bus from XWM campus to Jiangning campus. The time and location for gathering will be out later.Please be punctual.
二、学位授予仪式
Degree Awarding Ceremony
1、时间：6月18日11:30左右
Time: around 11:30 am, June 18
2、地点：经管文楼111报告厅
Location: Lecture Hall 111, Economics and Management Building
3、着装要求：学位服
Dressing code: academic gowns
4、请所有毕业生听从老师的指挥并且于11点前到达经管文楼111报告厅。迟到和缺席的学生将无法参加学位授予仪式。
For all the graduating students, please follow the teacher’s instruction and be at the Lecture Hall 111 before 11:00 am. Students who are late or absent will not be allowed to join the degree awarding ceremony.
三、学位服租借
Renting of academic dress/gown
（1）本科生学士服
Academic dress/gown renting for Bachelor students
1、租借时间：6月15日12:00-17:00
Time to rent theacademic dress/gown: 12:00-17:00, June 15
地点：教学楼B楼111教室
Location: Room 111, Teaching Building B, Jiangning campus
2、归还时间：6月18日13:00-19:00截止
Time to return theacademic dress/gown: 13:00-19:00, June 18
地点：教学楼B楼111教室
Location: Room 111, Teaching Building B, Jiangning campus
3、费用：12元/套，押金：30元/套。请爱护学士服，尤其是它的装饰和包装袋。退回时如发现损坏，需支付赔偿金。 优先考虑以班级为单位的租借！班长收齐所有的钱，为全班租用学位服。
Cost: 12 rmb/set; deposit: 30rmb/set. Please take care of the gowns, especially the decoration and packaging bag. If the gowns are found any damage at the returning time, compensation fees shall be paid.
Class Renting is preferred! Class monitors shall collect all the money and rent the gowns for the whole class.
Please keep the receipt for refunding the deposit.Please be on time and don’t miss the deadline.
（2）硕博士学位服
Academic dress/gown renting for Master and PhD students
1、受疫情影响，今年学校仍不统一安排硕博士学位服的租借，请毕业生自行租借学位服。每套衣服交50元，其中租金20元，押金30元，规定时间内返还学位服时退押金。学位服租借公司联系人及联系电话：孙利凯15195990990。
Affected by the pandemic, the university still will not uniformly arrange the rental of academic gowns for master and PhD students this year. master and PhD studentsshall rent academic uniforms by themselves. Cost: 20rmb/set; deposit: 30rmb/set; totally50rmb/set. Contact person of the rental company of academic gowns and the phone number: SUN Likai: 15195990990.
2、硕博士生的学位服和学位帽是不一样的。请按授予的学位和专业租借学位服和学位帽。
The gowns and caps are different for Master and PhD students. Please make clear your degree and major to the owner.
3、请爱护学位服，尤其是它的装饰和包装袋。退回时如发现损坏，需支付赔偿金。 优先考虑以班级为单位的租借！
Please take care of the gowns, especially the decoration and packaging bag. Ifthe gowns are found any damage at the returning time, compensation fees shall be paid. Class Renting is preferred!
请保留退还押金的收据。租借和归还请准时，不要错过最后期限。
