In order to motivate international student recruitment ambassadors to more actively participate in recruitment activities and enhance the school's international reputation and influence, an annual bonus system is hereby established. This bonus aims to recognize teams and individuals who have performed outstandingly in recruitment efforts and encourage everyone to continue striving to attract more excellent international students to the school.
Distribution Timing
The bonuses will be distributed after the conclusion of two seasons (typically the non-admission season and the admission season).Distribution Method
Bonuses will be awarded on a team basis to encourage teamwork and collective contributions to the school's admission propaganda efforts. Within the scope of the team bonus, the allocation ratio of individual bonuses will be determined by the review committee based on a comprehensive assessment of individual contributions within the team. Evaluation criteria include promotion participation, work innovation, and actual achievements, to reflect fairness and incentivization.Evaluation Criteria
Recruitment Effectiveness: The review committee evaluates each group based on the number of international students they actually recruit, as well as quality indicators such as their academic backgrounds and overall qualities. Recruitment data will be subject to the school's official statistics.
Promotion Effectiveness: The review committee evaluated each team based on their performance in social media, campus activities, and online and offline promotions, taking into account key indicators such as the scope of coverage, interaction rates, audience feedback, and the volume of inquiries from potential students.
Teamwork: This examines the collaboration abilities among team members, including clarity of division of labor, communication efficiency, and execution capabilities. It evaluates whether the team atmosphere is harmonious and whether the enthusiasm of every team member is fully mobilized.
Innovative Performance: Groups are encouraged to adopt innovative methods in recruitment propaganda, such as introducing new technologies, designing creative activities, or expanding new propaganda channels. Innovative initiatives must have a significant impact on enhancing propaganda effectiveness.
Evaluation Process
Self-Assessment and Peer Review: Each group must submit a work summary, including highlights, achievements, and challenges encountered during the recruitment propaganda, and conduct self-assessments and peer reviews within the group.
Review Committee Evaluation: School of International Education will organize a review committee to conduct comprehensive evaluations based on the materials submitted by each group and their actual work performance, ensuring objectivity and fairness in the evaluations.
Bonus Determination: The review committee will determine the bonuses for each group and individual based on the evaluation results. Based on the evaluation results, the committee will ultimately finalize the bonus allocation scheme for each group and individual to recognize excellence and incentivize progress.
Other Notes
Requirements: All groups and individuals must strictly abide by the school's relevant regulations and national laws and regulations during the recruitment propaganda process, and must not engage in any illegal or disciplinary violations.
Encouragement of Innovation: Groups and individuals are encouraged to actively innovate and expand their thinking in recruitment propaganda, but they must also attach great importance to maintaining the school's image and reputation. Propaganda content must be reviewed and approved by School of International Education before being published to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
Interpretation Rights: The final interpretation right of this bonus scheme belongs to School of International Education. For any questions or disputes, School of International Education is responsible for providing explanations.
