2021留学生文明寝室评比活动
在新冠疫情形势下，良好的寝室环境与宿舍安全尤为重要。为营造更加舒适安全的寝室环境，增强寝室凝聚力，促使留学生养成良好的生活、卫生习惯，提高综合素质，国际教育学院将继续举办文明寝室评选活动。
The environment and safety of dormitory have become more and more important under the influence of the pandemic. Therefore, School of International Education will hold a competition for Best International Student Dormitory again, in order to create a safer and more comfortable dormitory environment, enhance the cohesion of roommates, encourage international students to develop good living and health habits, and improve their overall ability.
一、对象：国际教育学院全体在校留学生
Participants: All CPU international students living on-campus.
二、时间：4月23日
Time: 23 April
三、要求：本次评比将于4月23日开展查房打分工作，请全体在校留学生积极配合、提前准备。
Requirement：The dorm check and grading process will take place on April 23, all the on-campus housing students shall prepare in advance and cooperate actively.
四、活动 Activities
1. 最佳留学生寝室评选活动
Competition for Best International Student Dormitory (please check the Notes at the end of this notice for the detailed Grading Criteria)
国际教育学院、保卫处老师及留学生代表将参与此次打分环节。排名前十的寝室将会被评为文明寝室，授予“文明寝室”门贴，证书以及精美小礼品。
Teachers of School of International Education and Security Office, representatives of international students will take part in the grading process. Dormitories that ranked top 10 will be awarded as “The Best International Student Dormitory” with door stickers, certificates and exquisite gifts.
Online Voting for “The Coziest Dormitory”.
想参加的同学请于4月18日前发送自己寝室jpg格式照片（2-5张，每张照片大小不低于2M）以及姓名、房间号到1964313267@qq.com，同学们可以在“中国药科大学国际交流”公众号为其投票。得票数前3名的寝室将被评为“最温馨寝室”，获奖寝室将会被授予荣誉证书以及精美小礼品。
International students who are interested in presenting your dorms in the online voting, please send photos of your dorm (jpg format, size: >2M/per picture, number of photos: 2<=N<=5), your NAME (both Chinese and passport name) and ROOM NUMBER to: 1964313267@qq.com before 18 April. All the students can vote for these dormitories on Wechat Public Account. The three dorms that won the most votes will be rewarded with certificates and exquisite gifts.
3. “最默契室友”游戏评比 “Best Roommate” Game Session
(1) 整理床铺 Bed-making
此项比赛包括但不限于套枕套，套被子等，速度最快且叠放最整齐的宿舍获胜。
This contest consists of setting pillows and quilts into the pillowcases and quilt covers, etc. The fastest and neatest group wins.
(2) 叠衣服比赛 Cloth-folding
在此项比赛中，学院将提供一定数量的衣服，同学们需将衣服整理整齐，用时最短且叠放最为整齐的宿舍获胜。
During this competition, the School will provide some clothes. Students need to fold these clothes neatly. The fastest and neatest dormitory wins.
(3) 你比我猜 Word-guessing
所有报名参赛的宿舍依次参与比赛，一位同学进行描述，另一位同学猜。计时3分钟，答对题目最多的宿舍获胜。
All dormitories that have registered shall participate this competition in order. One student will describe, and the other student will guess. The dormitory with the most correct answers wins within 3 minutes.
关于游戏更多细节，将在比赛现场另行通知。获奖宿舍将会授予“最默契室友”称号，并颁发获奖证书。参加趣味游戏环节的宿舍请将中英文姓名、学号和宿舍号在4月18号之前发至1964313267@qq.com. (参赛者需以宿舍为单位报名。)
More details about the “Best Roommate” Game Session will be notified before the game session. Those award-winning roommates from Interesting Competitions will be rewarded as “Best Roommate” with certificates. Any student that is interested in this game session, please send your NAME (both Chinese and passport name), STUDENT NUMBER and DORMITORY NUMBER to 1964313267@qq.com before 18 April. (The games can only be signed up by the roommates together.)
活动过程中，学院将邀请保卫处老师对寝室楼消防安全进行检查，主要检查宿舍内是否有违规电器，寝室楼内消防设备是否损坏，以及消防通道是否堵塞等，以确保能为同学们营造安全的生活环境。请同学们务必配合老师们进行消防安全检查工作。如发现违规电器等，将取消此次文明寝室评优资格。
During the competition, the School will invite teachers of Security Office to do a security check. The security check contents are and not limited to, whether there are prohibited electrical appliances in the dormitory, whether the fire-fighting equipment in the dormitory is damaged, and whether the fire exit is blocked, etc. All these activities aim to provide safe environments for all the students. Please do cooperate with teachers to do the security check！If prohibited electrical appliances are found in the room, the award qualification will be canceled.

1. “文明寝室评选活动”所有在校学生必须参加。投票及趣味活动自愿报名参加。
All Students on campus should take part in "The Competition for Best International Student”, and
the voting activity. Besides, all students are warmly welcome to participate in Online Voting and
Interesting Competitions voluntarily.
2. 文明寝室评选标准 Grading Criteria for “The Best International Student Dormitory” (100 points)
寝室干净整洁无异味，通风良好，地面无垃圾，垃圾桶清洁。（10分）
The dormitory is clean and tidy, well ventilated. There is no garbage on the floor, and trash cans are clean. (10 points).
被子叠放整齐，床铺整齐，不乱挂衣物。（10分）
The quilts are neatly stacked, the beds are tidy, and the clothes are not hung in disorder. (10 points)
门窗玻璃洁净，明亮，天花板无蜘蛛网，阳台无杂物和污迹。（10分）
The doors and windows are clean and bright, the ceiling is free of spider webs, and the balcony is free of debris and stains. (10 points)
桌面物品整洁有序，学习用品、生活用品摆放整齐雅观。（10分）
Desks are neat and clean, and daily necessities are neatly placed. (10 points)
有健康浓厚的文化氛围，寝室布置突出个性，体现温馨气氛。（10分）
There is a strong cultural atmosphere, and the bedroom layout highlights individuality and reflects warm atmosphere. (10 points)
卫生间地板，墙壁干净整洁无异味，洗漱用品摆放整齐。（10分）
The floor and wall of bathrooms are clean and tidy without odor, and the toiletries are arranged neatly. (10 points)
室内墙壁干净，无乱涂，乱画，乱订，乱贴现象。（10分）
The indoor walls are clean, free from scribbling, graffiti, nails, glue, etc. (10 points)
房间内不使用大功率违规电器，如房间内发现违规电器，将取消评奖资格。（15分）
