疫情防控期间走读留学生管理暂行规定
为落实学校疫情防控相关要求，加强疫情防控期间走读留学生进出校门及其他方面管理，现制定本规定。
These regulations are formulated to implement the relevant requirements of the University’s epidemic prevention and control, and strengthen the administration of the entrance and exit of off-campus residents and interns.
一、走读学生类别 I. Categories
1.经批准在校外住宿，需每日往返校园的本专科、研究生留学生。
Degree candidates approved to live off-campus and travel in between campus and their residence.
2.在校内住宿，需每日往返两校区或往返校园与南京市内其他单位开展实验实习的本专科、研究生留学生。
Degree candidates living on-campus and do internship in other institutions in Nanjing.
二、走读学生入校条件 Application Requirements
1.本人及同住人健康状况良好，均已在宁满14天。
The applicant and co-habitants shall be healthy and have stayed in Nanjing for consecutively 14 days.
2.本人及同住人苏康码均为绿码。
The applicant and co-habitants shall have green SuKang Code.
3.本人连续14天CPU健康打卡。
The applicant shall have completed CPU health code for consecutively 14 days.
4.本人及同住人14天行程码为绿色且近14天未离宁。
The applicant and co-habitants shall have a green travel history code and have not left Nanjing for consecutively 14 days.
5.本人及同住家人无疫情重点防控地区（含境外）旅居史。
The applicant and co-habitants shall have no history of residence in key epidemic prevention and control areas (including overseas) since the outbreak of pandemic.
6.本人及同住家人14天内没有接触过境外归国人员及发热咳嗽等呼吸道症状人员。
The applicant and co-habitants shall not have contact with any overseas returnee or people with fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms.
三、走读学生申报流程 Procedure of Application
1.学生向班主任提交“本人及同住家人苏康码”、“连续14天CPU健康打卡证明”、“走读留学生审批表暨安全承诺书”。申请截止时间：2021年3月11日。
The applicant submits to Class Mentor 1. the SuKang code of him/herself and co-habitants, Screen Shot(s) of consecutively 14 days’ CPU health code of him/herself, completed and signed Application Form and safety commitment. Deadline for submission：March 11，2021.
2.班主任严格审核，确定无误后报学院审批。
Class mentor approval and school approval.
3.班主任填写《走读学生信息汇总表》Excel电子版。
Class mentor puts all applicants in one namelist.
4.学院范围内线上公示走读学生情况（含申请走读事由、目的地）。
The namelist and detailed reasons, destinations are announced on School’s official website.
四、走读学生须遵守的相关要求 Requirements for approved applicants
1.坚持CPU健康打卡，如实申报本人每日健康状况，如在走读期间出现不符合入校条件之一者，立即上报班主任，不得再进出校园。
Continue to complete the CPU health code everyday. Any violation will be reported to class mentor to cancel the approval.
2.行程轨迹严格保持“学校-校外目的地”两点一线。不得利用外出便利参加聚餐、聚会。使用有定位功能的软件每日记录行动轨迹（软件选择由班主任确定）连同行程码每晚22点前报班主任。
The applicant must travel between the residence/internship location and campus. Participating in dinner party or group activities are strictly prohibited. The Screen Shots of daily travel route (via designated APP) and travel history code must be reported to class mentor every day before 10PM every day.
3.严禁将自己的校园卡外借他人使用。
Borrowing/lending campus card to others is strictly forbidden.
4.严禁隐瞒、谎报、漏报旅居史、接触史、健康状况等信息。
It is strictly forbidden to conceal, misrepresent, or omit information about residence history, contact history, health status, etc.
5.严格遵守学校疫情防控期间其他相关规定和措施。
Student must continue to abide by the university’s other rules and administrative measures during the epidemic control period.
6.学生如若违反上述相关规定，学院将依据相关规定从重处理；造成不良后果的，由相关部门依据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》等法律法规追究其法律责任。
If a student violates the above-mentioned regulations, the School will deal with it severely in accordance with the relevant regulations; if adverse consequences are caused, the relevant departments shall pursue their legal liabilities in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
五、有关说明 Addendum
本规定自2021年3月8日起实行，解释权归国际教育学院。
The above measures will be implemented since March 8, 2021, and the right of interpretation belongs to the School of International Education.
