关于房间免费电量的说明
The University has equipped all dormitory rooms on both campus with electrical meters. When the free amount of electricity is used up, students shall buy on their own expense.
各校区所有宿舍均安装了计量电表。免费电用完后须由学生自己按需购买。

The electrical meter installation & calibration and fee rate are conducted by university logistics according to China’s national standard.
所有电表安装、购电费率、电表校准，均由学校后勤按照国家法定标准执行。
Free electricity has nothing to do with any scholarship status.
免费用电量与学生奖学金均不挂钩。
At the beginning of each semester, School of International Education will reset the amount of free electricity in dormitories that host international students, according to the standard made by CPU Financial Leadership Group and the latest resident’s namelist.
每学期初，学院会根据学校财经领导小组制定的标准和最新的居住房间列表，调整所有留学生房间免费用电。

If student moves to another room, the School decides whether to or not to provide extra electricity concerning the reason and time.
学生换宿舍，学院视搬家原因/时间决定给予/不给补助。

“New students” refer to students enrolled Sep.2018 and ever after. “新生”指2018年9月及以后入学的留学生。
