To provide convenience for all the graduating students, staff from Nanjing Notary Public Office will offer on-spot notary service in Jiangning Campus. Graduating students who need notary service please follow the instructions.
Time: 9:30-12:00, July 3, 2020
Location: H1, Jiangning campus
Documents for notarization (original and photocopies): passport, transcripts, non-criminal record, etc. (originals and photocopies of graduation certificate and degree certificate are provided by School of International Education.)
Notes:
1. Please be aware that for the documents that require notary service, you need to provide both the original and photocopies. For example, if you need # copies of notarized documents, you need to prepare #+2 photocopies of the documents（passport, student card, etc.）.
2. The notary service is provided by Nanjing Notary Public Service Office. If any mistake detected on the notarized documents, please contact Nanjing Notary Public Service Office directly.
