关于4月15日-5月1日教学楼自修教室安排的通知

各位留学生：
Dear international students,
根据学校部署要求，4月15日-5月1日期间，教学楼教室E105、E106、E107教室开放给留学生自修，现将事宜通知如下：
Classroom E105, E106 and E107 will be open to international students for self-study from April 15th to May 1st according to the University’s arrangement. The details are announced as follows:
1、每个班级编排固定教室用于自修，安排见附件。
Each class will be appointed a fixed classroom. Please see the appointment form.
2、教学楼开放时间：早上8:00至晚上22:00。
The classroom buildings will be open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
3、学校每天对教学楼进行两次消毒，消毒时间为每天早上6:30-7:40，中午11:50-13:10，消毒期间，请同学们不要进入教室。
The University will disinfect the classrooms and corridors twice a day, 6:30 AM to 7:40 AM and from 11:50 AM to 1:10 PM. During the disinfection, please do not enter.
4. 疫情期间保持教室通风，所有教室空调关闭，请勿擅自打开。
Classrooms are kept ventilated during the epidemic. All classroom air-conditioners are turned off. Please do not turn them on without permission.
4、纪律要求：
Disciplinary requirements:
（1）本次安排的教室仅供学生自习和网课学习使用。使用手机、电脑请佩戴耳机勿外放影响他人。严禁在教室里组织其他活动（如聚集性会议）；学生只能在本班级规定的教室自修，不得进入其他教室。
The three classrooms are only for international students' self-study and e-courses. Please wear headphone when using mobile phone or computer, and do not disturb others. It is strictly prohibited to organize other activities (such as holding a group meeting) in the classroom. Students may only study in the appointed classroom and are not allowed to enter other classrooms.
（2）学生请严格按照学校的疫情防控要求做好自身的防护，进入教学楼需佩戴口罩。配合教学楼疫情防控工作人员的管理，有序进出教学楼和教室。
Students are required to wear masks wherever inside the building, including the classrooms, corridors and bathrooms. Please cooperate with the staff on-site, enter and exit the building in an orderly manner.
（3）如有症状请不要进入教学楼。禁止携带宠物、食品进入。
If you have any symptom, please do not enter the classroom building. Do not take pets or foods.
（4）每次进入教室时请在门口登记。在教室自修必须至少间隔一个座位就坐，避免人员聚集和近距离接触。
Please sign your name at the door each time you enter the classroom. Sit at least one meter from each other, avoid gathering and close talk.
（5）其他未尽事宜，按照学校疫情防控相关通知和文件执行。
Issues unstipulated in this notice shall be handled according to the latest rules and policies by the University.
