2020年中国政府奖学金年审与延期通知
According to the CSC [2020] File 17 and 18 requirements, CPU School of International Education will take charge of the Annual Review for all international students studying at CPU. The Annual Review is a comprehensive assessment of students’ performance, including academic performance, attitude, attendance as well as demerit record, plus the performance during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention. Those who fail to pass the Annual Review, including those who fail to submit Annual Review forms before the time limit, will not only stop receive monthly stipend from Sep.2020 to Aug.2021, but also shall pay the 2020-2021 academic year’s tuition, accommodation and insurance on their own expense. Students who fail to pass the Annual Review for consecutively two years will lose the opportunity to apply for CSC scholarship. Those who lose scholarship and have no capacity to pay their fees may apply for suspension or dropout.
根据中国国家留学基金委[2020]17、18号文件要求，我校国际教育学院将组织全校中国政府奖学金的年度评审工作。年度评审是对在我校学习的奖学金生的一次综合评价，考察内容为过去一年的学习成绩、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现和奖惩情况，包括2020年疫情期间表现情况。评审未通过的学生（包括无正当理由不及时提交评审材料的学生）从2020年9月起停发每月生活费，需要自付2020-21学年学费、住宿费和保险。两次评审未通过的学生，奖学金将被取消。如无经济能力支付，可申请休学或退学。
Deadline for submitting materials: May 15, 2020 (incomplete forms will NOT be accepted)

(Default participants: 67 persons. Downloaded from CSC website. Students who need to extend their study period are not included)
Every student who enjoys CSC full scholarship and remaining study period at CPU is more than one academic year, including candidates who anticipate extending their study period, must participate in the 2020 annual review to acquire the possession of next academic year's scholarship.
PhD candidates can only apply for scholarship extension once.
Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates may apply for extension after the written approval of their dispatching party (mostly their own country’s embassy), identifying “this student will be enlisted among the 2020/2021 academic year’s Chinese Governmental Students quota of (country name)”, only then CPU can accept his/her application for CSC extension.
参评人员：在我校剩余学习期限超过一学年(两个学期)以上的中国政府奖学金生，或原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的奖学金生均需参加奖学金年审。
博士生仅能申请延期一次。
本硕生申请延期，须向奖学金申请机构（派遣机构，通常是外国大使馆）提出申请，书面同意列入2020/2021学年中国政府奖学金计划名额内（占用该国名额），我校方可受理其奖学金延期申请。
Who don’t need the Annual Review: Non-degree candidates, students whose degree program will end at July 2020 and meet the graduation requirement shall not take the annual review.
非学历生、于2020年7月专业学习期满、确定达到毕业要求的学生不需要参加年审。

Page 1: Chinese-taught students must fill in Chinese (except passport name). English-taught students may fill in English. Student must complete Page 1 and put signature and date on Page 1.
Page 2: Except current Chinese prep. students, undergraduate student’s guidance counselor (fudaoyuan) or Master’s and PhD’s supervisor must fill Page 2 (supervisor or counselor fill the comments on the blue circle area, sign their names in the red circle area, student fill the green circle area, leave all other areas blank).
第一页：除护照名外，中文授课必须用中文填写，英文授课可以用英文填写。本人填写完第1页，写上签名和日期。
第二页：除目前汉补学生外，所有硕博须由导师、本科由院系辅导员填写第2页（如下图，绿圈学生自填，蓝圈位置导师/辅导员写评语，红圈位置签名，其他位置不要填）并签字。
成绩部分不要手填

Chinese version required for all.
In China:
Undergraduate students shall print official transcripts on the self-help printer on 2F Classroom Building C with own campus card.
Master's and PhD candidates shall print official transcripts with Graduate School (Room 703 Admin Building, Ms.Sun)
Outside China:
Please authorize someone else to print the transcript. Otherwise, PrintScreen of each semester’s results from your Digital Campus (login required)
Only current Chinese prep. students don't need to print out transcripts.
所有成绩单须中文版。
境内：
本科生须用自己校园卡在教学楼C楼二楼自助打印机上打印。
硕士博士找研究生院（行政楼703）孙老师打印成绩单。
境外：
可授权同学代打或用教务处/研究生院学籍系统成绩单截图（须登录数字化校园）。
只有目前汉语预科班不用打印成绩单。
How to submit 提交方式：
Take clear photos or scan copies of Annual Review Form page 1, 2 and transcripts, email them together as Attachment 1, 2 and 3 in ONE EMAIL to 1020082073@cpu.edu.cn
No Photoshop or any kind of editing. Each photo size small than 1M
Student outside China shall send a blank Page 2 to supervisor for comments and signature, and then collect the photo after completion.
Keep the hard copies for future reference.
将年审表第一页和第二页、成绩单清晰扫描件/照片/截图，分别作为附件1、2、3，合并一封邮件发至1020082073@cpu.edu.cn
不得PS拼图或修图，每张<1M
在境外的学生须先将年审表空白第二页发给导师或辅导员，将评语和签名后的第二页照片一并电邮。
纸质版请保留好。
Documents for Extension 奖学金延期材料
Procedure: apply for study extension with Undergraduate Affairs Office or Graduate School first, and send the approval letter(s) to International Student Academics Office (Tel: 86185052) to put on record. Meanwhile, contact your embassy for approval because you will occupy your country’s quota for the next academic year. Only when the above is done, prepare scholarship application materials:
1.Completed CSC Annual Review Form. Requirements for page 1 and 2 same as above
2.CSC Extension Form
3.No Objection Letter from your embassy or consulate (which also need to identify whether this student is enlisted among the 2020-2021 CSC Scholarship Students of (country name) or not)
Email the clear scan copies of above documents to 1020082073@cpu.edu.cn before the deadline May 15, 2020. Keep the hard copies for future reference.
请申请延期的学生先向学籍部门（本科：教务处。硕博：研究生院）申请学籍延期，批准后在留学生学籍办公室（电话：86185052）登记备案。期间，请咨询自己本国大使馆是否同意占用该国下一学年名额。以上两项完成后再进行奖学金延期。材料：
《中国政府奖学金评审表》第一和第二页，要求参见前面年审要求；
《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》；
大使馆出具的无异议函（须注明该生有无被纳入2019-2020学年中国政府向XX国提供的奖学金计划名额内）；
5月15日前将以上3样文件清晰扫描件发送到1020082073@cpu.edu.cn。纸质版请保留好。
The Scholarship Extension Form shall be downloadedCSC 延期表 Extension Form.doc, filled, signed by supervisor (must specify if the student has passed Thesis Proposal and Mid-term Qualification, and applying for one year or half a year), and stamped by School Office (please check with your academic school where the office is). Leave the last section blank for the School of International Education’s review.
《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》须在网上下载、填写、导师签字（须标明该生是否通过论文开题报告与中期考核，以及申请半年还是一年）、院办盖章。最后一栏留白，供国教院领导审核。
Those who don’t submit the Annual Review materials before the time limit and those who fail in the Annual Review will be notified in person before the next semester, and complete the payment/withdrawal formalities.
没有通过年审或未按时提交材料的学生将在下学期开始前单独约谈并完成付费/退学等手续。
