All International Students:
2023 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday schedule of China Pharmaceutical University is as following:
一、放假安排Timetable
9月29日-10月6日放假，共８天
10月7日（星期六）上9月29日（星期五）的课程
10月8日（星期日）上10月2日（星期一）的课程
No classes from September 29 to October 6, a total of 8 days.
October 7 (Saturday)：courses & office hours of September 29 (Friday)
October 8 (Sunday): courses & office hours of October 2 (Monday)
二、假期相关要求Requirements during the holiday
学院提醒各位同学在假期中注意自己和家人的健康和人身安全，合理安排学习与科研工作。具体提醒如下：
The School reminds all international students to pay attention to the health and personal safety of themselves and their families during the holidays, and arrange their studies and scientific research work reasonably. Vocation reminders are as follows:
1、假期期间如有离校安排，请至少提前两天线上提交“离校申请”，经同意后方可离校。
If students need to leave campus during holidays, please apply for "Leave Campus" online at least two days in advance and leave school after approval.
2、假期期间宿舍每晚24:00锁门，在校学生应24:00回寝，严禁未经许可夜不归宿。学院将每日查看出入校门记录，如发现夜不归宿者将关闭该生假期校门通行权限并按照违纪处理（影响奖学金评审及其他评优结果）。
On-campus students must return to the dorm before 24:00 every day when the residence hall closed. It is strictly forbidden to stay outside overnight without permission. The School will check the entrance and exit records every day. Anyone staying outside overnight will be denied access to exit and disciplinary actions will be given (will influence scholarship review).
3、假期期间遵守校内住宿管理规定，宿舍内严禁使用电磁炉、电烤箱等大功率电器，保持宿舍安静整洁。夜间不得在留学生宿舍楼内从事影响他人学习和休息的活动，如大声喧哗、酗酒、大声放音乐、举办聚会等。被投诉者一经查实学院将严肃处理，屡教不改者将给予纪律处分。
Students on-campus shall continue to abide by the housing regulations during holidays. The use of high-power electrical appliances in student dormitories is strictly prohibited (induction cooker, electric oven, etc.) And keep quiet and clean in your dorm. Do not disturb the neighborhood during night (e.g. shouting, heavy drinking, playing loud music, party in the building, etc.). Once complained and confirmed, disciplinary action will be taken against the student who do not correct the misconduct.
4、请注意护照有效期限及居留许可期限，如签证、居留许可在10月8日前过期，请务必于9月26日上午于H2-633领取签证介绍信后当日内前往签证中心办理签证。
If your visa or residence permit expires before October 8, please be sure to get the visa letter at H2-633 on the morning of September 26 to finish visa extension process at immigration office.
5、注意交通及人身安全。严格遵守交通规则，注意交通出行安全：校外期间拒绝乘坐非法营运车辆。严禁无证驾驶燃油摩托车或骑行超标电动车。
Pay attention to traffic and personal safety: Abide by the traffic rules strictly; Refuse to take illegal vehicles to avoid accidents; It is forbidden to buy or ride motor bicycles or electric bicycles exceeding the allowed standard without license.
6、注意防范电信网络诈骗,安装“全民反诈”APP,保护好个人隐私，培养良好的支付习惯。
Pay attention to guard against telecom network fraud, install "全民反诈" APP, to protect personal privacy, and cultivate good payment habits.
7、如遇紧急情况，请拨打学校保卫处24小时值班电话025-83271110（玄武门校区）、025-86185110(江宁校区)或110，并及时联系国际教育学院辅导员。
In case of emergency, please dial 025-83271110 (Xuanwumen Campus) or 025-86185110 (Jiangning Campus) for the Security Department of the university or 110 for the police and contact your counselor immediately.
