关于2023届毕业留学生签证及住宿的通知
各位同学：
Dear students:
为了方便各位毕业生有序办理离校手续，提前安排下一步的学习工作计划，现将签证及住宿相关事宜通知如下：
In order to facilitate graduating students to go through the school leaving procedures in an orderly manner, and to arrange the next study and work plan in advance, the visa and accommodation-related matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、签证Visa issue
1、正常毕业学生
Students who can graduate on time
（1）没有在中国继续深造计划的毕业学生，毕业后学校不再提供签证支持。请提前安排自己行程，并及时关注航班信息，安全顺利回国。
For students who have no further study plan in China, no immigration support will be provided from school for you after graduation. Please arrange your own itinerary, pay attention to flight information, and return to your country safely.
（2）已被CPU录取继续升学的毕业生应按期退宿离校，学校原则上不再提供7月15至新学年开学期间的签证支持。考虑到时间紧、航班少等客观因素，确有困难者，在缴清报名费、押金后，学校将酌情签发停留签证至9月10日。请最晚于７月４日前将录取通知书、《留学生在校生学期注册》线上提交至金老师。请注意，办理完结退宿流程是开具停留签证的前提。
Students who have been admitted to CPU should leave the school on time, and the school will no longer provide visa support between July 15 and the beginning of the new academic year in principle. Considering the objective factors such as tight time and few flights, for those who do have difficulties, after completing payment of registration and deposit fee, the school will issue a stay visa until September 10 accordingly. Please send the admission letter, Application form for semester registration online to Ms Jin before 5 pm, July 4. Please be aware that only after checking out dorm formalities are carried out can the visa letter be issued.
（3）被中国其他高校录取且暂无计划离开中国的学生，请向录取高校或驻华使领馆寻求签证支持，我校不再提供签证服务。
Students who have been admitted to other universities in China and have no plan to leave China, please ask for immigration support from the future university or your embassy, no immigration support will be provided from CPU.
2、延期毕业学生
Students who can’t graduate on time
(1) 延期毕业生如需2023年秋季学期在校补修选修课或实验课，在延期材料审核通过并完成住宿和保险费用缴纳后，国际教育学院给予居留许可至核定日期（原则上不超过180天，具体日期根据教学管理部门批复的日期核定）。
Students of delayed graduation who need to take the optional courses or attend the lab courses during the fall semester of the 2023 academic year shall submit documents for approval, and finish payment of accommodation and insurance so as to get Residence Permit to a certain date based on the written approval of academic departments (no more than 180 days in principle).
其余只需重修理论课的延期毕业生，因无在校上课或实验要求，国际教育学院将不提供签证延期支持。
For students with delayed graduation who only need to retake theory courses, no immigration support will be provided and you are not required to attend the courses or lab offline.
二、住宿事宜Accommodation Issue
所有毕业生均须在2023年7月15日之前完成校内宿舍退宿。继续在CPU就读的学生可申请将个人物品暂存在H1玻璃房内，如有任何疑问，请联系王老师(1720220038@cpu.edu.cn)或班主任。
All students graduating or completing study must complete the on-campus dormitory check-out formalities before July 15, 2023. Students who will continue studying in CPU can apply to keep their belongings in the H1 glass hall. For any doubts or questions please consult Ms Wang via 1720220038@cpu.edu.cnor your class mentor.
