亲爱的同学们：
Dear students：
中秋国庆假期将至，根据学校安排，今年假期为9月25日（星期五）至10月7日（星期三），共13天。为让大家度过一个平安、愉快的假期，现作如下提醒。
The Mid -Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are approaching. According to the university schedule, the holiday will be from September 25 (Friday) to October 7 (Wednesday)，totaling 13 days. To ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant holiday, we are hereby issuing the following safety reminders.
一、 请假手续Leave Procedures
所有学生若离校必须提前履行请假手续。（所有研究生需要在申请前获得导师的批准）。
All students must complete the leave application procedures in advance before leaving the campus. (All graduate students must obtain approval from the supervisor before applying).
具体申请流程如下：
登录企业微信申请。操作路径为：信息门户-办事大厅-离校申请。
Apply via WeCom. Path:Information Portal→Service Hall→Leave School Application.
获批后方可离校。如离校回国，请平安到达后及时向辅导员报备。
You may only leave after approval. If you leave China and return home, please report to your counselor promptly after arriving safely.
二、 交通安全Traffic Safety
外出时请自觉遵守交通规则，不闯红灯，不逆行，不乘坐无营运资质的车辆。
Please obey traffic rules. Do not run red lights, ride against traffic, or take unlicensed vehicles.
骑行电动车或摩托车时请佩戴头盔，不超速、不载人、不酒后驾驶。
Wear a helmet when riding an e-bike or motorcycle, and do not speed, carry passengers, or ride after drinking.
无中国驾照不得驾驶机动车，无校内通行证或者通行证到期的车辆不能进入校园。
Students without a valid Chinese driver's license are prohibited from driving motor vehicles. Vehicles without a valid campus passcard or with an expired passcard are not permitted to enter the campus.
三、财产安全PropertySafety
假期出行同学在公共场所要时刻提高警惕，看管好自身财物。
When traveling during holidays, students should remain vigilant in public places and take care of your personal belongings.
谨防网络诈骗，不轻信“轻松兼职”、“高额返利”等诱惑，不向陌生人透露个人信息（姓名、护照号、银行卡号等）。
Beware of online scams. Do not fall for "easy jobs" or "high cashback" traps. Never share personal info (name, passport number, bank details, etc.) with strangers.
四、人身安全Personal Safety
外出避免人流密集的场所，遇到紧急情况保持冷静，不拥挤，听从指挥有序疏散。
When going out, avoid crowded places.In case of an emergency, remain calm, avoid crowding, and follow instructions to evacuate in an orderly manner.
不到野外游泳野钓、爬野山。
Refrain from swimming or fishing in wild areas, or climbing in unregulated mountain regions.
不要触碰易燃易爆物品，不购买“三无”食品。
Do not handle flammable or explosive materials, and avoid purchasing food products lacking proper certification.
尽量结伴而行，保持通讯通畅，时刻注意自己的人身安全。
Whenever possible, travel with others, keep communication channels open, and remain vigilant regarding your personal safety at all times.
五、遵纪守法Follow Laws and Regulations
请严格遵守中国的法律法规和学校的校规校纪。
Please strictly comply with the laws, regulations of China, as well as the school's rules and regulations.
请注意签证到期时间。假期期间无法办理延期，请在9月24日上午11：00前于校内信息门户提交签证延期申请（学期注册），并及时前往出入境及时办理签证延期手续。非法居留每日罚款500元。
Check the expiration date of your visa.Extensions cannot be processed during the holiday.Please submit your visa extension application (semester registration) via the university information portal by 11:00am 24th September, and complete your visa extension procedures at the Exit-Entry Administration office in a timely manner. Illegal residence fines 500 RMB per day.
严禁非法就业，警惕假期兼职打工陷阱，否则将面临法律处罚。
Illegal employment is strictly prohibited. Be cautious of part-time job offers during the holiday – violators will face legal consequences.
外出过夜请及时在当地派出所登记临时住宿。
If staying overnight off-campus, register your temporary accommodation at the local police station.
毒品属于违禁品，严禁购买、吸食、贩卖任何毒品，涉毒行为将承担相应法律责任。
Drugs are contraband. It is strictly prohibited to purchase, consume or traffic any drugs. Anyone involved in drug-related activities shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.
六、 宿舍安全Dormitory Safety
遵守宿舍管理规定。
Abide by the dormitory management regulations.
离开宿舍请关好门窗，切断电源，妥善保管贵重物品。
When leaving your dormitory, please close windows and doors, turn off electrical appliances, and keep valuables safe.
严禁夜不归宿，禁止在宿舍楼前、门厅、房间内大声喧哗。
Overnight absence from the dormitory is strictly prohibited. Loud noise is forbidden in front of the dormitory building, in the lobby and inside dorm rooms.
严禁在宿舍内使用大功率电器、私拉电线或抽烟。
The use of high-power appliances, unauthorized wiring andsmokingare strictly prohibited in dormitories.
不得留宿他人，不得将宿舍钥匙或门禁卡转借他人。
Do not let others stay overnight in your room, and do not lend your dormitory key or access card to others.
