关于2026届留学生毕业事项的通知
亲爱的毕业生：
Dear graduating students:
祝贺顺利毕业！现将毕业事项相关安排通知如下：
Congratulations on graduation! The relevant arrangements for the graduation are hereby notified as follows:
一、毕业典礼Graduation Ceremony
1、时间：6月16日上午8点
Time: 8:00 am, June 16th
2、地点：江宁校区体育馆
Location: Stadium, Jiangning campus
3、参与人员：所有2026届毕业生
Participants: All 2026 graduates
4、着装要求：学位服（不允许穿拖鞋、不允许佩戴黑色头巾）。
Dressing code: academic gowns (slippers and black hijab are not allowed).
5、江宁校区的学生请于6月16日上午7时30分前在体育馆门口集合，并集体前往指定位置；玄武门校区的学生，学校将组织从玄武门校区到江宁校区的班车，集合时间地点另行通知。请务必准时。
For students living in Jiangning campus, please gather at the entrance of the stadium before 7:30 am, June 16th. For students living in XWM campus, school will organize a bus from XWM campus to Jiangning campus. The gathering time and place will be announced later. Please be PUNCTUAL.
二、学位授予仪式Degree Awarding Ceremony
1、时间：6月16日上午10点
Time: 10 am, June 16th
2、地点：江宁校区体育馆
Location: Stadium, Jiangning campus
3、参与人员：所有能在2026年6月获得学位的毕业生
Participants: All graduates who will obtain their degrees by June 2026.
4、着装要求：学位服（需佩戴学位帽，不允许穿拖鞋、不允许佩戴黑色头巾）。
Dressing code: academic gowns(wearacademiccaps,slippers and black hijab are not allowed).
5、请所有毕业生听从老师的指挥按照规定时间提前到达体育馆指定位置。迟到和缺席的学生将无法参加学位授予仪式。
For all the graduating students, please follow the teacher’s instruction and be at the designated location in the gymnasium before the scheduled time. Students who are late or absent will not be allowed to join the degree awarding ceremony.
三、毕业生签证 Visa Issue
1、正常毕业学生 Students who can graduate on time
（1）没有在中国继续升学或工作的毕业学生，毕业后学校不再提供签证支持。请提前安排自己行程，并及时关注航班信息和签证有效期，安全顺利回国。
For students who have not continued their studies or work in China, novisa support will be provided from school for you after graduation. Please arrange your own itinerary, pay attention to flight information and visa validity periods., and return to your country safely.
（2）已被中国高校录取继续升学或被中国企业录用的毕业生，在最终确认录取或录用资格后，学校将酌情签发停留签证至9月15日。请最晚于7月4日前在学校信息门户-办事大厅-提交《留学生在校生学期注册》，请将录取通知书或工作合同作为附件上传至表单。请注意，毕业生须办理完结各项毕业流程后方可领取签证介绍信。具体签证办理业务请咨询G11-226办公室金老师。
Students who have been admitted to universities in mainland China or recruited to enterprises in mainland China, after confirming of the admission or recruitment qualification, the school will help issue the visa letter to apply for a T visa until September 15, 2026, accordingly. Please upload the admission letter or job contractto the Application form for Semester Registration online before 5 pm, July 4. Please be aware that only after finishing the leaving form can the visa letter be issued. For further visa issues, please refer to Ms Jin, G11-226.
2、延期毕业学生 Students who can’t graduate on time
(1) 延期毕业生如需参加2026学年秋季学期选修课或实验课（课程要求到校上课），请在学校信息门户-办事大厅-提交《留学生在校生学期注册》，并将填写完成的《结业学生签证延期申请》（附件1）、完整版校外租房合同（租房合同有效期须晚于2027年1月15日）作为附件上传至表单，审核通过后国际教育学院给予居留许可签证信至核定日期（原则上不超过180天，具体日期根据延期申请批复的日期核定）。
Graduates requiring attendance in elective courses or laboratory sessions on campus for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year(Courses require attending on campus) are requested to submit the "International Student On-Campus Semester Registration" through the Student Portal - Service Centre. Please attach the completed "Application for Extension of Student Visa" (Attachment 1) along with a full copy of your off-campus rental agreement (the validity of which must exceed January 15, 2027). These documents should be uploaded as attachments within the form. Upon successful review and approval, the School will provide visa letter of residence permit extension up to the approved date (ordinarily not exceeding 180 days, with the exact duration determined according to the approval date of the extension application).
其余只需重修理论课的延期毕业生，因无在校上课要求，国际教育学院将不提供签证延期支持。
For students with delayed graduation who only need to retake theory courses, no immigration support will be provided, and you are not required to attend the courses offline.
四、住宿事宜 Accommodation Issue
1、退宿Check-out
所有毕业生均须在2026年7月15日之前完成校内宿舍退宿。继续在中国药科大学就读的学生可申请将个人物品暂存在H1玻璃房内或支付暑假住宿费保留原房间。如有任何疑问，请联系辅导员。
All students graduating or completing study must complete the on-campus dormitory check-out formalities before July 15, 2026. Students who will continue studying in CPU can apply to temporarily store their personal belongings in the H1 glass room or pay the summer holiday accommodation fee to retain their original room. For any doubts or questions please consult your counselor.
2、退费Refund
可申请退费的费用为任何结余的住宿费、预录取押金经计财处确认到账未抵扣其他费用的部分。具体金额均以计财处网上缴费平台历史记录或电子发票为准。符合退费条件的学生可在2026年6月19日前通过电脑端登录学校信息门户-办事大厅，填写留学生退费申请单并提交。领款委托书详见附件二。若本人领取，委托人和被委托人均填学生本人。
Any overpayment of accommodation fee and pre-admission deposit as confirmed by CPU Financial Office can be refunded. The detailed amount is decided by official receipt, either the history record of Online Payment Platform or E-receipt (fapiao) issued by Chinese bank.
Students who are eligible to get a refund should fill in the online refund form before June 19, 2026.

Please refer to Annex 2 forLetter of Authorization-for Reception of Refund. If you receive money by yourself, both the principal and the trustee write your own name.
