Reminder on Prohibition of Illegal Work for International Students

According to the relevant provisions of Article 43 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry, any foreigner who has 1 of the following acts shall be illegally employed:

 

(1) Failure to obtain a work permit and work-type residence documents to work in China in accordance with the provisions;

(2) Working in China beyond the limits of the work permit;

(3) Foreign students who, in violation of the regulations on the management of work-study assistance, work within the scope or time limit of the prescribed posts within the territory of China.

If illegal work is found, a fine of between 5,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan shall be imposed on foreigners for illegal employment in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 80 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry;

Please take care not to engage in illegal work and trading in any unit outside the school, including online teaching, model, or any other forms part-time job. In addition, in accordance with Article 13 of Disciplinary Action Provisions for International Students, China Pharmaceutical University (Trial), students who violate laws and regulations and are sentenced to administrative detention shall be given academic probation or above; who violate laws and regulations and are warned or fined shall be given serious warning, which will cause your scholarship suspension or cancellation.

Immigration authorities and university will never harbor or condone students who worked illegally. All international students are requested not to participate in illegal work or other commercial and non-commercial employment activities.
