二、老生返校/新生报到条件
II. Requirements for Coming to campus for Returning Students / New Students
所有老生未经批准一律不得提前返校，对未经批准返校者给予严肃处理。所有符合返校条件的学生在规定日期“应返尽返”。如有特殊情况不能返校，须履行请假手续。有外地实习任务暂缓返校的学生须履行请假手续，在遵守属地疫情防控的前提下，直接前往实习单位。
All returning students are not allowed to return to campus without official approval. All students who meet the requirements shall return as soon as possible on the specified date. If you cannot return to school for special circumstances, you must go through the leave procedures. Students who have postponed their return because of internships must go through the leave procedures and go directly for the internship on the premise of observing the local epidemic prevention and control regulations.
所有境内新生未经批准一律不得提前报到，对未经批准报到者给予严肃处理。所有符合报到条件的学生在规定日期“应到尽到”。如有特殊情况不能报到，须履行请假手续。
All new students who are in China shall not register in advance without official approval. All students who meet the registration requirements shall register as soon as possible on the specified date. If you cannot register for special circumstances, you must go through the leave procedures.
根据当前学生所处地域情况和身体健康状况，分为正常返校/报到、到校隔离、暂缓返校/报到三大类。
Students, according to the locations and health conditions, are divided into three categories: normal return / registration, school quarantine and deferred return / registration.
（一）正常返校/报到
1. Normal Return / Registration
1.学生居住地所在设区市今年以来一直为新冠肺炎疫情低风险区，且返校前连续14天在企业微信平台健康打卡无异常的，可持登机登车前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明、“苏康码”绿码和“行程码”绿码返校/报到。
Students who live in areas that has been listed in low-risk areas throughout this year and have completed “CPU Health Code” in Wechat Work for consecutively 14 days that indicates a normal condition may return to school or register with negative result of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before boarding, green “Su Kang Code(苏康码)” and green “Travel History Code(行程码) ”.
2.学生居住地所在设区市今年以来曾有被确定为新冠肺炎疫情中高风险地区的，待所在设区市全域降为低风险地区满21天后，且返校前连续14天在企业微信平台健康打卡无异常的，可持登机登车前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明、“苏康码”绿码和“行程码”绿码返校/报到。
Students who live in areas that are listed in medium or high-risk areas this year are not allowed to return to school until these areas have been improved to be low-risk areas for 21 days. These students are also required to return to school or register with “CPU Health Code” in Wechat Work for consecutively 14 days that shows a normal condition, negative result of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before boarding, green “Su Kang Code(苏康码)” and green “Travel History Code(行程码) ”.
3.本人及同住人28天之内无国（境）外旅居史。
The applicant and co-habitants shall have no history of living abroad within 28 days.
特别提醒：返校前连续14天健康打卡如果中断，学生需重新计算连续14天健康打卡。
Notes: Before returning to campus, students need to complete the “CPU Health Code” for consecutively 14 days, otherwise students shall do another round of 14-day CPU health code before being approved to return.
进行返校申请及购票前请先核实自己是否符合返校/报到条件，如不符合条件请暂勿进行返校申请或购票。
Please check whether you meet the conditions for returning to campus/ registration before application and buying tickets, if not, please do not apply for returning to campus or buy tickets.
（二）到校隔离
2. Campus Quarantine
1.到校途中乘坐过疫情防控寻人车（班）次，且目前无发热或呼吸道症状的。
Students who have taken train or plane on the way to campus that contains suspected infected people, with no fever or respiratory symptoms.
2.到校时有发热或呼吸道症状，包括咳嗽、咽痛、呼吸困难或腹泻等，特别是体温≥37.3℃（除额温或耳温测量外，还需用医用体温计进行专业检测），未能排除诊断（核酸检测阴性，流行病学调查正常）但目前无需住院治疗的。
Students who have fever or respiratory symptoms, including cough, sore throat, dyspnea or diarrhea, especially body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃ (in addition to forehead or ear temperature measurement, medical thermometer is also required for professional measurement), and are suspected to get infected (negative result of nucleic acid testing, normal epidemiological investigation) but there is no need for hospitalization at present.
3.其他特殊情况需要隔离医学观察的。
Other special circumstances that require medical quarantine observation.
（三）暂缓返校
3. Deferred Return
中高风险地区所在设区市的学生及返校前21天有中高风险地区旅居史的学生暂缓返校/报到，何时返校/报到由学校根据上级部门有关要求确定后再通知。
Students who live in medium and high-risk areas or have been to medium and high-risk areas within 21 days before returning to campus shall postpone the return or registration. The date shall be determined by the university in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior departments.
特别提醒：暂缓到校新、老留学生要做好个人安全防护，主动向班主任履行请假和报备手续，按照要求开展线上学习。
Attention: Both returning and new students who postpone the return to campus and registration shall pay attention to personal protection, take the initiative to go through the leave and filing procedures with the class mentor, and carry out online study as required.
三、返校流程
III. Procedure of Returning to School
（一）在线申报审批
1. Online Application and Approval
1.学生发起申报。老生于9月21日当天登录学校信息门户-服务中心-办事大厅“留学生返校申请”模块（具体教程之后发布）按要求提交返校申请，申请截止时间为9月21日17：00。
Application by students. Returning students shall log in “CPU identity” and open CPU Online Service Center (The specific instruction will be released later) to apply for returning on September 21. Deadline: 17:00, September 21.
新生于9月22日当天登录学校信息门户-服务中心-办事大厅“留学生返校申请”模块（具体教程之后发布）按要求提交返校申请，申请截止时间为9月22日17：00。
New students shall log in “CPU identity” and open CPU Online Service Center (The specific instruction will be released later) to complete the application on September22. Deadline: 17:00, September 22.
根据防疫要求，学生申报时需提交连续14天健康打卡记录、最新苏康码、最新行程码、登机登车前48小时内核酸检测证明、返校行程（如航班号、车次号等，特）等材料。
According to the regulations of epidemic prevention, students are required to submit the record of updating “CPU Health Code” for consecutively 14 days, the latest Su Kang Code, the latest Travel History Code, nucleic acid testing result within 48 hours before boarding, returning arrangements(such as flight number, train number, etc.) and other materials.
到返校/报到日前不符合返校/报到要求的暂不申请。
Students who do not meet the requirements of returning to campus or registration shall not apply.
2.学院进行审批。学院根据学生返校条件和审批流程，及时对学生申请进行预审，确定返校学生名单，对符合条件的学生通过进校申请。对不符合返校条件的学生，不予审批通过，学生不得返校报到。审核结果可在信息门户中查阅。
Approval by the school. According to the conditions and approval procedure of returning, the school shall conduct a preliminary review of students' applications in time, determine the list of students returning to school, and approve the applications of qualified students. Students who do not meet the conditions shall not be approved to return. The results can be viewed in “CPU identity”.
特别提醒：学生只能在批准的返校日期返校，学校门禁将只批准的返校日期开放，其余时间不得返校。
Students shall only return to campus on the approved date, the school gates will only be open on the approved back-to-campus date，no return to campus at other time.
为确保新生能扫脸入校，请新生提供清晰的两寸证件照，大小不超过2M，证件照请用中文名及学号命名，并于9月10日下午5点前发送给邵老师邮箱（1620204626@cpu.edu.cn）。如未按时提供照片，将不能入校报到。
In order to ensure that new students in China can enter the university by face scanning, new students in China are requested to provide a clear two-inch ID photo, no more than 2M in size. Please name the ID photo with Chinese name and student ID, and send it to Mr. Shao’s email ( 1620204626@cpu.edu.cn) before 5 pm, September 10. If you do not provide photos on time, you will not be able to enter the university to register.
（二）当日返校入校
2. Arriving at Campus on the Approved Date
1.有序排队等待。学生在审核通过的日期当天到校。学校在江宁校区正大门（1号门，靠地铁站）设立行人通道供乘坐公共交通来返校学生通过，开放东南门（2号门）供乘坐私家车来返校学生通过。在玄武校区童家巷大门设立行人通道，供返校学生通过。
Orderly Queuing. Students shall only arrive on the date of approval. CPU will set up a pedestrian passage at the main gate (gate 1, near the metro station) of Jiangning campus for students by public transport, and opens the southeast gate (gate 2) for students by private cars. A pedestrian passage is set up at the gate of Tongjia Lane in Xuanwumen campus for returning students.
学生进校门时有序排队，相隔间距不少于 1 米，听从工作人员指挥。所有车辆不得进入校园，在校门口即停即走，陪同亲友不得进入校园，请家长理解和支持。
When entering the school gate, students shall line up in an orderly manner, with a separation distance of no less than 1 m, and follow the instructions. All vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus. Brief stop and immediate leaving are required. Accompanying relatives and friends are also not allowed to enter the campus.
2.接受查码测温。学生抵宁后，进校前如实填写报备当天“苏康码”“行程码”相关信息。进校前如发现“苏康码”健康码非绿色，或有发烧、 咳嗽等异常症状，第一时间报告班主任，按相关流程进行复核。
Accept code and temperature check. Before entering the campus, students shall truthfully fill in the information of Su Kang Code and Travel History Code. If students get yellow or red Su Kang Code or have unusual symptoms like fever, cough and so on, they must inform the class mentor at once and be rechecked according to the procedure.
学生在校门口查验“苏康码”、进行红外体温筛查，绿码且体温正常者通过人脸识别进入校园（“苏康码”为非绿色或有其他原因暂时不能入校的将由现场工作人员引导至临时等待区；体温异常立即手动复测，若仍有异常，由医务人员引导至门诊部设在大门口的临时观察区做进一步处理）。
Check the students’ Su Kang Code at the school gate and measure their body temperature through infrared thermometer. Those with green Su Kang Code and normal temperature shall enter the campus through face scanning (students who get yellow or red "Su Kang Code" or cannot enter the school temporarily for other reasons will be guided to the temporary waiting area. If the body temperature is abnormal, it shall be retested manually immediately. If it is still abnormal, the medical staff shall guide the students to the temporary observation area for further treatment).
3.开展核酸检测。返校日学校在江宁校区体育场和玄武门校区安排核酸检测，学生到校后当天需及时前往进行核酸检测，具体安排另行通知。
Carry out nucleic acid testing. On the day of returning, the university will arrange nucleic acid testing in the stadium of Jiangning campus and Xuanwumen campus. All returning students and new students need to take nucleic acid testing at the same day after arrival. The specific arrangement will be notified later.
特别提醒：由于个人原因（比如未连续14天健康打卡）造成不能在学校规定日期返校的学生，需在符合返校条件后到达南京后再次进行核酸检测，凭核酸检测阴性证明申请入校。
Attention: Students who cannot return to campus on the specified date due to personal reasons (such as failing to complete “CPU Health Code” for consecutively 14 days) shall undergo nucleic acid testing again after arriving in Nanjing, and apply for entering school with the negative result of nucleic acid testing.
4.前往宿舍。学生进入宿舍，做好各自宿舍的清洁、消毒工作，第一时间向班主任报告到校情况。
Go to dormitory. Students shall clean and disinfect their dormitory, and report to the class mentor at once.
5.提交新生报到材料（仅限新生）。新生请准备好报到材料并提交至江宁校区H2楼6楼624会议室审核。
Submit registration materials (only for new students). Please prepare the registration materials and submit them in the 624 meeting room, 6th floor of H2 building of Jiangning campus for review.
报到材料 Documents Needed
(1)护照原件、录取通知书、最高学历证明、成绩单原件
体检证明原件，以及上述材料复印件各一份。
Original passport, Admission Letter, Transcripts&Degree certificates, Physical exam record(s) and photocopies of each.
(2)中国政府奖学金预科生除上述材料还须携带原JW201、录取通知书原件以及预科学校结业证明。
CSC scholarship students who studied preparatory courses in other universities must bring the admission letter and the preparatory school study completion certificate as well.
6.志愿者安排。在老生返校及新生报到当天，即9月22日-23日，学院将安排志愿者服务工作，为新老生提供所需帮助。
Volunteer arrangements. On the day that the returning students return to campus and the new students register, that is, September 22-23, the school will arrange volunteer services to provide needed help for the new and returning students.
四、日常管理及疫情防控有关注意事项
IV. Precautions for Daily Regulations and Epidemic Prevention and Control
（一）到校前做好充分准备
1. Make Full Preparations Before Arriving at School
1.落实返校要求。及时掌握学校的各项防控制度及本地和学校所在地的疫情形势、防控规定，掌握个人防护与消毒等知识和技能。注意合理作息、均衡营养、加强锻炼，返校前确保身体状况良好。
Comply with the requirements for returning. Learn about the university's various prevention and control policies, local epidemic situation and prevention and control regulations. Grasp the knowledge and skills of personal protection and disinfection. Follow the healthy lifestyle. Balance nutrition intake. Do more exercise. Ensure health before returning to school.
2.报备健康状况。严格落实网上请假备案制度，不前往中高风险地区，开学前连续14天坚持在企业微信填报更新“药康码”，每日监测体温以及新冠肺炎相关症状，配合学校做好开学入校健康检查。
Report health condition. Strictly comply with the online leave and filing regulations. Do not go to medium and high-risk areas. Update “CPU Health Code” in Wechat Work for consecutively 14 days before returning to school.
3.进行返校申请。符合返校条件的学生按照要求进行线上返校申请，提交相关行程信息、返校审批材料。
Application for returning to school. Students who meet the requirements for returning to campus shall apply online as required, and submit relevant travel history information materials for review.
4.推进疫苗接种。推进无禁忌症、符合接种条件的学生接种新冠病毒疫苗，接种疫苗后仍需注意个人防护。
Encourage vaccination. Encourage students who have no contraindications and meet the vaccination conditions to get vaccinated. After vaccination, attention should still be paid to personal protection.
（二）路途中注意个人防护
2. Pay Attention to Personal Protection on the Way
1.合理选乘返校交通工具。合理规划路线，尽量选择直达路线，减少中转次数，缩短乘车时间与候车时间，避开疫情中高风险区域。
Choose transportation reasonably. Plan a reasonable route. Select the nonstop route. Reduce the transfer times. Shorten the traveling and waiting time. Avoid passing the high-risk areas.
2.做好途中个人防护。返校途中要随身携带足量的口罩、速干手消毒剂等个人防护用品，全程佩戴好口罩，注意个人卫生，做好个人防护。乘坐公共交通工具时，尽量减少与其他人员交流，避免聚集，与同乘者尽量保持距离。做好手卫生，尽量避免直接触摸门把手、电梯按钮等公共设施，接触后及时洗手或用速干手消毒剂等进行擦拭清洁处理。
Personal protection during the travel. Carry sufficient personal protective equipment such as masks and quick-dry hand disinfectants. Wear masks throughout the whole journey. Pay attention to personal hygiene and protection. When taking public transport, minimize communication with others. Avoid gathering and keep a distance from fellow passengers as far as possible. Pay attention to hand hygiene. Avoid directly touching the door handle, elevator button and other public facilities. Wash hands in time after contact or wipe and clean with quick-dry hand disinfectant.
3.及时处理紧急情况。返校途中身体出现发热、干咳、咽痛、流涕、腹泻、乏力、嗅（味）觉减退、肌肉酸痛等症状，应当及时就近就医。在飞机、火车等公共交通工具以及机场、火车站，应主动配合工作人员进行健康监测、防疫管理等，并及时将有关情况报告班主任。
Deal with emergencies in time. If encountering fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea, fatigue, hypoesthesia of smell (taste), muscle soreness or other symptoms on the way, students shall seek medical treatment nearby in time. In public transport such as planes and trains, as well as airports and railway stations, students shall cooperate with the staff in health monitoring and epidemic prevention management, and timely report the relevant situation to the class mentors.
（三）到校后遵守学校相关管理规定
3. Abide by the Relevant Management Regulations of the School upon Arrival.
1.遵守校门管理。根据上级要求，学校实行封闭管理，严格执行校园进出管理等防控措施。在校学生必须严格遵守请销假制度，非必要不出校，非必要不离宁。
Abide by entry-exit campus regulations. According to the requirements of authorities, the university implements lock-down management and strictly carry out prevention and control measures such as entry-exit campus management. Students on campus must strictly follow the rules of asking for and canceling leave. Students are not allowed to leave campus unless necessary.
2.强化健康监测。根据上级要求，学生在校期间自觉按照学校规定进行健康监测，实行健康“日打卡、日报告、零报告”制度，做好晨、午体温自测与健康信息报送。（每天 8:00前、12:00前“两次”测温，有异常及时报告班主任，每天 12:00-18:00 在企业微信健康打卡系统中完成健康打卡。）
Strengthen health monitoring. According to the requirements of the authorities, students shall consciously carry out health monitoring in accordance with school regulations, and make sure that students update “CPU Health Code” and report to the class mentors every day. Conduct self-test of body temperature in the morning and afternoon and submit health information（Measure the temperature twice before 8:00 and 12:00 every day, report any abnormality to the class mentors in time, and complete the “CPU Health Code” in Wechat Work from 12:00 to 18:00 every day.)
3.加强个人防护。严格落实校内公共场所戴口罩、勤洗手、“一米线”间距等疫情防控常态化卫生管理措施，口罩弄湿或弄脏后，及时更换。注意用眼卫生，积极参加体育锻炼，保持宿舍卫生清洁，做好个人卫生、手卫生，定期晾晒、洗涤被褥及个人衣物，一旦出现发热、干咳、咽痛、流涕、腹泻、乏力、嗅（味）觉减退、肌肉酸痛等症状时应及时上报班主任，按照应急处置流程进行处置。
Pay attention to personal protection. In public places, wear masks, wash hands regularly and keep a distance of 1 m. Replace wet or dirty masks in time. Pay attention to eye hygiene. Participate in physical exercise. Keep the dormitory clean. Pay attention to personal hygiene and hand hygiene. Regularly wash and dry bedding and clothes. If encountering fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea, fatigue, hypoesthesia of smell (taste), muscle soreness or other symptoms, students shall report to the class mentors in time and deal with them according to the emergency disposal process.
4.遵守日常管理。根据上级要求，学生返校后两周内实行在线教学。在线教学期间，所有学生原则上待在宿舍，非必要不出门，严禁外来人员进入学生宿舍。请自备返校后不少于两周所需的个人健康防护用品，包括体温计、一次性使用医用口罩或医用外科口罩、一次性手套、消毒酒精棉片或免洗手消毒剂等。
Abide by daily managements. According to the requirements of the authorities, students shall conduct two-week online study after returning to campus. During online study, all students shall stay in the dormitory and do not go out unless necessary. Outsiders are prohibited from entering the dormitory. Please bring your own personal health protective equipment required for no less than two weeks after returning to school, including thermometer, disposable medical mask or medical surgical mask, disposable gloves, sterile alcohol prep pad or waterless disinfectant, etc.
5.遵守宿舍管理。严格执行学生宿舍晚归、夜不归宿等检查和追踪机制。学生要保持宿舍卫生清洁，在宿舍楼内不串门，不接触或逗玩动物。学生需每晚9点前在H1门卫处签到。
Abide by dormitory regulations. Strictly implement inspection and tracking system against the phenomena like coming back late and staying out overnight. Students shall keep their dormitories clean and tidy. Visiting others’ dormitories, touching or playing with animals are not allowed. Students shall sign at H1 doorkeeper before 9pm every day.
6.遵守活动管理。严格控制活动范围，不组织室内聚集性活动，保持社交距离，鼓励开展多种形式的网络教育活动或线上展示交流活动。
Abide by activity regulations. Strictly control the scope of activities. Do not organize indoor gathering activities. Maintain social distance. Encourage various forms of online education activities or online communication activities.
7.遵守校纪校规和各项防控规定。不信谣、不传谣、不造谣，不在网络发表不实信息和违背公序良俗言论。
Abide by university discipline and prevention and control regulations. Do not believe, spread or start rumors, and do not publish untrue information and statements against public order and good customs on the Internet.
8.做好个人心理疏导。学生因疫情而出现焦虑、紧张等情绪反应时，可以通过班主任、江苏大学生24小时心理热线（025-58255200）或者微信公众号“药大心理发展中心”进行预约咨询。
Psychological counseling. If suffering from anxiety and tension due to the epidemic, students can make an appointment with psychologists through class mentors, Jiangsu university students’ 24-hour psychological hotline (025-58255200) or WeChat official account “药大心理发展中心”.
9.国庆放假安排：不调休，10月1、2、3日放假。
National Day holiday arrangement. National Day holiday is from October 1 to October 3.
10.老生补考安排：9月24日-26日开展2020-2021-2学期期末考试补考，具体安排另行通知。
Arrangement for make-up exams. The make-up exams for the final examination of the semester 2020-2021-2 will be conducted from September 24 to 26. The detailed arrangements will be out later.
