To all doctoral students who applied for thesis defense and all master students who were selected:
In order to ensure the quality of CPU graduates’ theses, Graduate School will adopt a campus bilateral blind review for all doctoral students who applied for thesis defense and all master students who were selected (names listed as follows). Only those who pass this review can apply for graduation defense.
1. Documents to be submitted:
Original text of the thesis; abstract of the thesis; summary sheet of thesis information(Attachment 2)
2. Requirements:
a. Please fill in attachment 2 in line with the examples and instructions;
b. Your and your supervisor’s names shouldn’t appear ;
c. The original text must be converted into PDF file, which should be named after the sequence: 10316_student ID number_LW.pdf, e.g., 10316_1631010001_LW.pdf
d. The abstract must a txt file, which should be named after the sequence: 10316_student ID number_ZY.txt, e.g., 10316_1631010001_ZY.txt

Notes:
1. Please make sure there isn’t any information about you or your supervisor in your thesis;
2. You can only submit your thesis with the consent of your supervisor (attachment 5);
3. Professors will be arranged to go through your theses according to your Topic and Research Fields, and Research Fields refer to the direction of the thesis you submit rather than your supervisor’s.
4. Make sure all the documents you submit to the mailbox are named correctly.
