为了奖励和资助知华友华、品学兼优的优秀外国留学生在我校学习，中国药科大学根据与国邦医药集团股份有限公司签订的协议，启动2024年“优秀学生奖学金”评选工作。现将有关评选事项通知如下：
In order to reward and support outstanding international students who are knowledgeable about China and demonstrate excellent academic performance and character, China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) is launching the 2024 "Outstanding Student Scholarship" in accordance with the agreement between CPU and Guobang Pharma. The details of the application process are as follows:
一、奖学金标准及名额 Amount and Quota

二、奖学金申请条件 Qualifications
1、已获得CSC全奖的留学生不可参加评选。
Awardees of CSC Scholarship are NOT Eligible to apply.
2、已获得2024江苏省优秀学生奖学金和2024南京市政府奖学金的留学生不可参加评选。
Students who have received the 2024 Jiangsu Outstanding Student Scholarship and 2024 Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship are NOT Eligible to apply.
正常在校注册学习的二年级及以上外国学历生，上一学年未申请过休学、保留学籍或延长学制；第一年学历生及汉补生不能参加奖学金的评选。
Full-time degree candidates who are in their second year or above, enrolled at China Pharmaceutical University, and have not applied for academic suspension, retention, or extension in the previous academic year are eligible. First-year degree students and Chinese language students are NOT Eligible for the scholarship.
4、遵守中国政府的法律、法规和校规、校纪。因违反中国法律法规或校纪校规受过处分者不能参加评选。
Students shall abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules of the university. Students who have been disciplined for violating Chinese laws or university regulations are NOT Eligible to apply.
5、学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦，2023-2024学年学习成绩优秀，优秀硕博及优秀本科奖学金申请人无挂科、重修或缺考。
Students should demonstrate a positive learning attitude, work diligently, and have excellent academic results in the 2023-2024 academic year. Applicants for the Outstanding Postgraduate and Outstanding Undergraduate Scholarships should not have any failed courses, retaken exams, or absences in exams.
三、各奖项具体要求Special Requirements for Each Category
1、 优秀硕博：建议申请者在中国或国际核心、权威期刊上以第一作者或第二作者身份发表过论文。
Applicants are preferred if they have published papers as the first or second author in Chinese or international core journals.
2、优秀本科生：根据学生的总成绩均分和排名进行评选。
Preference is given to students with top-ranked average scores and overall academic performance.
3、杰出单项：建议申请者为辅导员助理、班长、班级代表或在活动中有突出贡献的学生，适用于所有学位类型的学生。
Preference is given to students who serve as counselor assistants, class monitors, class representatives, or have made significant contributions in activities and administration. This category is open to all degree types.
四、申请材料 Application Documents
申请人通过信息门户进入“留学生奖学金申请”，在线填写《中国药科大学留学生评优型奖学金申请表》，同时上传以下材料：
1、上一年的成绩单；
2、已发表的文章及科研成果；
3、提供最近一年内在学术、体育、艺术、文化交流、公益活动等某一方面表现突出、成绩优秀的证明文件。
Applicants shall enter "奖学金申请模块" through the information Portal, fill in the Application for Merit-based Scholarships/Awards of International Students, China Pharmaceutical University online，and upload following docs；
1. Transcripts of the previous academic year (2023-2024);
2. Published articles and scientific research (first page only);
3. Supporting documents for achievements in academics, sports, arts, cultural exchanges, public welfare activities, etc., from the past year.
