关于2019-2020学年第二学期期末考试的通知
Notice on the final examination

各位同学/To all international students,
现将2019-2020学年第二学期期末考试安排通知如下：
The final examination 2019-2020 academic year, 2nd semester will be arranged as follows:
英文授课专业/For English-taught programs
一、考试时间/Time
7月5日-17日/July 5th - 17th
二、考试方式/About the exams
所有考试均采用开卷考试，校内留学生线下考试，校外/国外留学生线上考试。
All exams will be open-book exams. Students on campus will take the in-person exams in classrooms and students off campus & outside China will take the exams online.
三、考试要求/Requirements
（一）线下考试/In-person exams
1、参加考试的留学生必须随身携带校园卡或护照。
Students must bring their campus card or passport when taking the in-person exams.
2、线下集中考试的留学生请在考试中全程戴口罩、隔位坐、无接触。
Students are required to wear masks, sit at least one meter from each other, avoid gathering and talking during the whole exam.
（二）线上考试/Online exams
1、线上考试的学生须至少提前半小时与监考老师联系，调试考试设备。考生应配备一台电脑及一部手机，电脑用于答题，手机用于监考。考试须手机全程开启企业微信视频会议功能，并如下图所示放置在合适的位置，确保监考老师能够完整看到手部和屏幕，否则监考老师不予发放试卷。
Students taking the online exam should contact the invigilator at least half an hour in advance to test the equipment. A computer (laptop) and a cellphone are required for the exam. Students should use the computer (laptop) to answer the paper and prepare the cellphone for invigilation. The cellphone should be placed as shown in the picture below and the video conference of WeChat Enterprise should be turned on during the whole exam to make sure the invigilator could see your hands and the computer screen clearly, otherwise the invigilator will not send the exam paper.
2、考生在考试结束5分钟内须将答案发送至指定邮箱。
The answer sheet must be sent to the designated mailbox within 5 minutes after the exam finishes.
四、其他/Others
1、所有参加考试的留学生考前须签署《考试纪律承诺书》，考试期间严格遵守考场纪律。
Students are required to sign the Examination Discipline Commitment before the examination and strictly abide by the rules and regulations.
2、请提前准备考试所需条件及设备，确保在线考试顺利进行。如有疑问，请与学院联系。
