关于统计我校师生员工及长期驻校工作人员接种新冠疫苗的通知
为进一步做好学校疫情防控工作，根据上级及属地疫情防控工作相关要求，对我校师生员工及长期驻校工作人员自愿接种新冠疫苗人数进行摸排统计。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、接种范围
各单位年龄在18-59岁（满18周岁，不超过60周岁）的师生员工及长期驻校工作人员。
二、接种剂量及时间
共2剂次，间隔14-28天，具体时间及安排，另行通知。
三、新冠疫苗接种须知
（一）不适合接种的人群包括
1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女、备孕人员；
2.正处在发热、感染等疾病急性期；
3.患免疫缺陷或免疫紊乱及免疫系统疾病的人群以及患有肝肾疾病人员；
4.慢性病急性发作期及未控制好的慢性疾病；
5.患有严重呼吸系统疾病；恶性肿瘤患者等人员；有惊厥、癫痫病史；
6.接种其他疫苗，出现过严重过敏史；
7.一个月内注射过人免疫球蛋白者；
8.建议14天内接种过其他疫苗者暂缓接种；
9.接种前有任何不适者建议暂缓接种。
（二）有可能引起的不良反应
1.常见不良反应：一般接种后24小时内，注射部位可能出现疼痛、触痛、红肿和瘙痒，多数情况下于2-3天内自行消失；接种疫苗后可能出现一过性发热反应，多数短期内自行消失。
2.罕见不良反应：接种部位出现严重红肿，持续发热反应，请及时就诊。
3.极罕见不良反应：过敏性皮疹；过敏性紫癜；过敏性休克。
四、报名方式
本次接种免费。报名截止日期：3月18日下午4点。报名方式：发送学号、中文名至zqy@cpu.edu.cn。
仅限目前在宁留学生报名。
To further improve CPU’s epidemic prevention and control work, according to the relevant requirements of governmental offices, CPU is now collecting the number of faculty, students and staffs willing to get vaccinated against COVID-19. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Subjects
Faculty, students and long-term staffs of all schools & departments, 18-59 years old.
2. Dose and time
A total of 2 doses, 14-28 days interval, the specific time and arrangement will be notified separately.
3. Instructions
(1) People who are not suitable for vaccination include:
1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and those who are preparing for pregnancy;
2. Are in the acute phase of fever, infection and other diseases;
3. People suffering from immunodeficiency or immune disorders and immune system diseases, as well as people suffering from liver and kidney diseases;
4. Acute attack of chronic diseases and uncontrolled chronic diseases;
5. People with severe respiratory diseases; patients with malignant tumors; people with a history of convulsions and epilepsy;
6. Inoculated with other vaccines, had a history of severe allergy;
7. Those who have been injected with human immunoglobulin within one month;
8. It is recommended to postpone vaccination for those who have received other vaccines within 14 days.
9. Those who are unwell before vaccination are advised to postpone vaccination.
(2) Possible adverse reactions
1. Common adverse reactions: generally within 24 hours after vaccination, pain, tenderness, redness, and itching may occur at the injection site, transient fever may occur after vaccination, and in most cases the reactions disappear within 2-3 days;
2. Rare adverse reactions: severe redness and swelling at the inoculation site and persistent fever reaction, please consult a doctor in time.
3. Very rare adverse reactions: allergic rash; allergic purpura; anaphylactic shock.

How to sign up: if you want to take the COVID-19 vaccination, please send your Chinese name and student ID to zqy@cpu.edu.cn, before the deadline. Only international students who are currently in Nanjing can sign up.
